I came with my boyfriend. Desk clerk made sure to say "you know theres only one bed, right?" As a gay couple it seemed kind of rude.

Pros:

The hotel’s condition didn’t live up to the photos. The TV didn’t work, we attempted to call the front desk, but the phone didn’t work. Maintenance man’s was unable to fix either, but was apologetic.

In a nut shell, unable to use the hot tub due to young children approx 8-10 who were in and out constantly and did not appear to be supervised. Staff who walked through and observed this did not address the issue and enforce the rules. In addition BOTH Sat AND Sunday in the early morning hours, alarms went off waking me and my family. Nit an impressive or enjoyable stay especially for the price paid.

Pros:

The stay was ok for just a one-night ordeal. But the staff interaction when i first arrived and lack thereof as i had to wait for over 30min until someone showed up at the desk to help me was not a good start. I tried to get the attention of the bartender, but he was engulfed in his conversation with his guest that I don't think he noticed me waving or raising my voice to get his attention.

Fire alarm went off at 7:30 a.m. and scared the bejeezus out of us - no response or info given. Rampant noise until 1 a.m. with people yelling and banging on doors.

Great pool and hot tub area. Very good restaurant and bar. Breakfast was exceptional and restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. The person who checked us in was especially courteous, friendly and efficient. Overall great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

It was a nice looking hotel. When I arrived the common areas were very humid and felt like the AC wasn't working. Had to wait 5-10 minutes for the front desk rep to come out of the office to check me in. The rep didn't check the details of reservation and I had to go back and get my 30 dollar voucher for my prepaid breakfast. When I went to the restaurant for dinner there was only 1 employee working, we had to wait longer than expected for everything.The lady working was good, food was good and she was attentive, just shouldn't have been by herself. Next the AC in the room wasn't working well either, took to long for it to cycle on and had to lower the temp to 65 to keep it running.
