I loved how clean it was and how big the room was
That breakfast wasn’t free
I was pleased with the professional staff at check-in and during the breakfast buffet. The overall experience was great!
When I came in on the stadium / Bernadette side of the hotel my initial thought was that I had been scammed by booking.com because the parking lot was deserted and I thought the hotel was closed. I continued to drive around and I saw that the entrance was on the freeway side facing I-70.
Convenient location, easy parking in the back lot
The bathroom toilet wasn't flushing properly, so we asked to get it looked at/fixed.. it appears that someone looked at it when we weren't there, but it continued to not flush properly. We used another bathroom by pool majority of the stay, which was extremely inconvenient and simply annoying, especially with having two kids. There was no communication about the toilet being fixed or not fixed.

The property is in a good location. Right next to the mall with lots of options for food and shopping as well as very easy access to the highway.
The staff were all very nice and helpful. They have an indoor pool which is one of the reasons why we choose the hotel. It was also nice to have food on site.
The hotel and our room were generally clean. We ate at the restaurant, swam at the indoor pool, and stayed one night. There was a lot of bad weather the night we stayed and we were able to find things to do without leaving the hotel.
The property was very outdated. I think it was probably a very nice hotel at one point but is in desperate need of some updates. They may have been doing just that as many areas were very sparse however I did not see any signs or anything indicating that.
In our room, the furniture had water damage. It looked like the mini fridge might have leaked over time tearing up the cabinet it was in. The bed was very squeaky and made noise every time we moved. There was strong storms the night we stayed and it sounded like the storm was in our room. When we woke in the morning the inside of the window was covered in water and there was a puddle of water on the floor. I did mention this upon check out but the front desk employee didn’t seem concerned which makes me wonder if this is an ongoing issue.
I would not classify this hotel as very family friendly. The restaurant was really more of a bar, the indoor pool got deep very quickly. There was a rope indicating where the steep drop off became even more steep which was super helpful as a parent. Also, the sink in the bathroom was very high (my six year old couldn’t reach the faucet) and the soap and lotion were attached to the wall at an even higher level. Every time my child used the bathroom, I had to go in and help him to reach the sink.
The property was clean. The location was perfect.
We had housekeeping knock on our door very early in the morning when checkout wasn’t till 11. Then we had maintenance knocking on our door saying they needed to fix a shower and we didn’t have any issues with that and then a little bit later the maintenance guy just Unlocked the door and started to come in while we were getting ready. Talk to the front desk about it and they said oh they must’ve came to the wrong room didn’t seem like it was a big issue that maintenance guy is just walk in when people could be getting ready in the morning and not even be dressed
Big and clean
Under construction
Location and spacious rooms
No ice maker in my wing room 248
They investing in the hotel are redoing the entire hotel after decades of being a holiday inn
Lots of construction and workers and intermittent WiFi and tv interruptions
The bed was okay.
Got to pay an extra amount for breakfast in a hotel that literally raises their rates over 300% on game day? No thanks! Staff was just okay definitely not worth the money for the stay!
Expected a continental breakfast .
Room window on 5th floor open completely without screen. Renovation on pool area.
