The overall hotel and staff was great and very accommodating
Pros:

It was clean and inviting. I was able to request a lower level floor and was also able to communicate easily with the hotel prior to my stay.

Cons:

There was a power outage, which was not the hotel’s fault. However, I feel like there could have been some assistance available for people who had to navigate the stairs with all of their luggage.

Good hotel and good food!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was stellar!

Cons:

Pool could’ve been cleaner..lots of leaves and didn’t see anyone cleaning during the stay.

Pros:

The M Lounge was excellent treat throughout the day

Cons:

High level rooms do not have a bathtub..showers only. I like to take a bath after a long day and enjoy the views from my room but here that would be the second floor if I want a bathtub.

We enjoyed our time, probably won't book again due to not having breakfast.
Pros:

The set up of the hotel is nice, staff were friendly, pool was warm and inviting.

Cons:

I thought we would be receiving complimentary breakfast during our stay and that was not included. Also, the hotel is very drab on the outside - looks like a medical building.

The hotel is very easy to get to; no complicated directions.
Pros:

We did not eat breakfast there. I understand that for the price of the room, you cannot give free breakfast.
the room was clean and comfortable. The place was quiet.

Cons:

My husband thought the bed was too soft, but i thought it was very comfortable.
