Thanks for accommodating us on such short notice and so late at night.

Great for business stays!
Pros:

Folks like Ashley and Angel made the visit feel friendly and genuinely geared towards the best customer experience. The facility was also clean, rooms were spacious, and included a fitness center and pool. Will choose this hotel again in the future.

Good location
Pros:

Everything was fine except for the fact that....(see below)

Cons:

We did not know that towels wouldn't be changed out every day; had to fetch them ourselves. The hotel was very empty when we wer there, and nothing was open (bar, restaurant, etc.)

My overall stay was great!
Pros:

I don't think breakfast came with my staff. I have never stayed in a hotel in a downtown before. It was definitely a different experience.

Cons:

The lady that checked me out need some more customer service training. She did a poor job explaining the charges. She was very rude.

If you want a full vandalism experience go.
Pros:

Broken room safe, broken iron, non working gym equipment,
No parking security. Multiple vandalized cars.
Hotel won’t take responsibility.

Good location, 12$/day is too much to charge guests in a tight parking garage.
Pros:

Location downtown is walkable to many great spots and was close to my family in Decatur

Cons:

The parking garage is poorly designed with narrow spaces and huge pillars that have been rubbed by cars frequently. The room was also not cleaned the three nights we stayed. They one time I know they tried we were trying to leave the room and needed 5 mins. Said hey to the worker when we left but I dont know if she spoke English so maybe she thought we didnt care about getting more coffee or towels.
