Overall a decent stay for a decent price. Nothing fancy, been in worse and been in way better. Front desk lady was very nice, kind and polite. Pool,sauna, and hot tub were nice and adults only from 9-11 which was nice.
The first room had a buzzing thermostat so we got moved. The second room had a walk in shower and didn’t buzz but there was a roof leak that stained the ceiling and the box spring was cloth so it had some bad stains. Bathroom was nice

The doors on the rooms kept getting slammed shut and the room wouldn’t get cold even though we turned the air conditioning on
We left after finding the room dirty
We were there for a long weekend. We went to use the pool area and it was full. The was a kids birthday party. There was 20 or so kids and at least 20 adults. The noise was unbelievable. After 35 minutes in the hot tub my partner and I decided to leave . This is the second time this has happened on my stays . Not cool that they rent a room and then a large group show to enjoy the pool . I think if I was in the area again I’ll look for a different place to stay. In talking with a worker of the hotel he said this happens all the time . I think someone should look into this . I said something at the front desk but didn’t get a straight answer.
I’m honestly really disappointed with our stay. When we arrived late after a long drive, we went straight to bed and didn’t notice everything right away—but by morning, it was hard to ignore.
The TV stand and dresser were absolutely covered in dust—so much so that you could clearly see it all over the items we had set down. It made the whole room feel unclean. The bathroom was just as bad. The sink was dirty, the vents were completely filled with dust, and the shower wouldn’t drain properly—it filled up to our ankles while using it. On top of that, there were exposed wires hanging out of the wall, which was both concerning and unacceptable.
Had we realized all of this before settling in for the night, we absolutely would have requested a different room. Unfortunately, after a long day of driving, that just wasn’t realistic at the time.
Overall, the condition of the room did not match expectations at all and made for a very uncomfortable stay.
We had a wonderful experience checking in with Jennifer, her smile was very inviting and she made sure all of our questions were answered. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable to be staying there.
The ceramic/tile floors were very sticky (which means that dirty water or the wrong cleaning solution was used). The second floor ceramic/tile flooring was the worst, that whole floor was nasty you could see every swipe of the mop. (Which definitely means a dirty mop was used). The ceramic/tile in our room was also sticky. Our bathroom sink didn't drain well and when we asked others we were with about their bathroom drain they said the same thing. I also noticed a few other small housekeeping details that others may not notice. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here, I was definitely less impressed with the cleanliness this time.

Comfortable rooms. A lovely gym, 2 pools. Those were quite nice. The lobby is spacious and comfortable too with a television set. It had a bar for night time hang out
The kitchen is only opened for breakfast after that you have to go on the road for food. The ice machines are on the ground and 4th floors so lots of travelling for ice.
