The location, the pillows were really comfy and the beds were clean
I think the breakfast was just okay it wasn’t bad but I just felt it could be better. I really did love the potatoes those were the best thing. The only other issue was the lobby restroom was not clean there was toilet paper on the ground and the stalls were dirty.
Super comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious room, great water pressure.
Some of our towels and washcloths had stains on them.
Very expensive for the quality
入住的时候，前台接待人员帮助隔壁602房间的客人直接使用万能钥匙打开了600房间的门，并没有进行过房间号的确认以及敲门确认房间内是否有人。
我们极度恐慌且隐私受到严重践踏的安全事故，导致我们不仅精神严重受创，接下来的行程也无法继续安心入住。
具体事实阐述如下：
1. 严重隐私侵犯（半裸在床）： 今晚我们在房间内休息时，酒店前台接待人员在完全没有核对宾客身份、没有确认房号、且完全没有敲门询问的情况下，直接私自使用万能钥匙（Master Key），带着一名陌生男性宾客破门闯入了我们的房间。当时，我和女朋友在房间内都没有穿裤子，半裸在床上。这突如其来的侵入对我们造成了巨大的精神重创和羞辱，极大地侵害了我们的个人隐私与人权尊严。
2. 令人生疑的动机与极度的安全隐患： 酒店事后辩称是该男性宾客没带房卡、看错了房号。但我们需要强调一个极其恐怖的细节：我们入住的 600号房间是走廊最尽头的最后一间房（死角房），而该宾客自称的房间是 602号（在我们的隔壁，并非对门）。在空间位置如此明显不对称的情况下，前台和该男子依然越过了他原本的房间，精准摸到最深处的死角房并刷卡破门。这让我们对该男子的真实意图（Intention）深感怀疑。
3. 后续行程受严重影响，无法继续入住： 发生如此严重的安全流程漏洞，且该嫌疑男子目前就住在我们隔壁，这让我们和女朋友现在处于极度惊恐和焦虑中（Insecure）。我们已经对这家酒店的安全性彻底失去信任，根本无法在这里继续度过接下来的第二晚。酒店目前仅给出“3张早餐券和免小超市费”的方案，完全是在敷衍和息事宁人。
我们的诉求：
作为 Booking 的消费者，我们在酒店购买的首要核心商品是安全与隐私，而酒店已构成严重违约。我们强烈要求 Booking 官方立即介入，协调酒店管理层为我们办理全额退款（免除/退还 6月30日至7月2日 的全部两晚房费）。鉴于目前的心理恐慌和当事员工仍在值班的尴尬情况，我们拒绝在深夜与大堂前台发生正面冲突，请 Booking 平台务必在后台为我们主持公道，开立紧急安全工单处理。期待您的答复。
The staff was really nice, there was a mess up with our room but they got us set up pretty quickly with another room. They have a decent breakfast and they also have a restaurant that's open from 4pm to 10pm. We didn't get to experience the restaurant cause we was staying there because we came from out of state for a concert so was gone during the time they was open.
The only thing I didn't like was that I thought the bed was to soft. They was comfortable to like sit and relax on, but to sleep I couldn't sleep well but that's just me I'm use to a firm mattress.
The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good

Bed was comfortable, little refrigerator had a freezer area, A/C worked great and was not noisy.
TP holder was on the wall behind the toilet. We took out the roll and placed it on the shelf so it was within reach.
