Why a 1 star? I stayed in two rooms. Hotel asserted I had separate bookings and billed me for booking that they stated was not utilized. As I result I had to pay double for my stay. I would be reticent to book at this hotel due to billing practices.

Front staff were outstanding. The room was good, parking garage was convenient.
Nice room but it costs
I was frustrated because I booked a king room and they gave us a double queen. I asked them to switch it and was told “rooms booked on Expedia are not guaranteed room type”
New property so a lot of things to work out. Staff tried, but they cannot fix things like no ice machines (pipes only?!?), phones do not work and handset does not charge
Parking was $42 per 24 hr period while I was there. This may be higher or lower depending on when you go, but that was a little misleading on the listing. Just a warning to others. Excellent breakfast spot next door.
The soaps were all overly scented. So bring your own bar soap and shampoo if you are sensitive to such things. But at least the shampoo vs conditioner vs shower gel is clearly marked inside the shower for those who use glasses.
Only issue was cable channels were not working during stay.

I booked a room with a king bed and was given a room with two full beds
The hotel had some technical issues providing guests with keys upon check in. This slowed the check in significantly, but the staff was friendly and helpful.
Room was immaculate.
Check in was slow due to only one person at the counter. My wife asked for directions to the restroom when we arrived. It was not conveniently located in the lobby and it was locked. You had to have a room key to access it and we were still waiting for our check in.
Very nice rooms, front desk people were friendly and very helpful from check in to check out!
