Clean quiet and good service

Clean room and facility. Friendly staff, although i asked to have the room cleaned and have clean towels but they never came. I had to get the towels myself when I got back to the room at night, I asked for my room to be cleaned midday and housekeeping left at 4;30 pm: I got back to the room at 8pm :/

Clean room and pool area. Hot but not too hot, hot tub and warm pool. Small but nice when you have it to yourself, fiancé would have liked steps getting into pool to sit on. But very nice area

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms with low noise.

Recently updated this property has an airport shuttle and is clean. Breakfast is not free but there is a restaurant. Easy to access by car.

This place was spotless! Confy bed, and very quiet. We could not hear our neighbors at all or I35 traffic, which was only a block away.

Everything was fantastic until we were leaving.
They decided at 10 am in the morning as people were leaving to clean the elevator. Which left us waiting over five minutes for an elevator. Seems like that should happen after check out.

Staff friendly convenient location

They were friendly. Although rooms were not very clean.

Overall it was pretty nice. I would recommend putting some information about the tv and explaining the breakfast deal.
And for us the bed was too soft and room cooling and heating was too noisy during the night.

I arrived in town an hour early and called to see if it was possible to check-in early. I was told check-in was at 3 and they have been busy and i could not check-in before then. I around the city until 3. When I arrived I came in at 2:57pm. I was told by the guy (Brian B) working the desk that my room wasn't ready and then had no rooms with 2 beds available and he could put me in a room with 1 bed or I could come back in 20 minutes. As I was with my son and 1 of his friends we were not sharing 1 bed. I said "You told me I couldn't until 3 which is check-in time. It is that time. I understand not being able to check in early but i am on time. I am not leaving for 20 minutes." After a few minutes of typing on the computer he had me checked in.

Everything else about the stay was pleasant and met my expectations. Except the lights in the elevator was very dim

It was clean and the night staff (Caroline?) was amazing. Hotel was busy and she was always helpful, always respectful and always knowledgeable. It wasn’t filthy just seemed like an older hotel and for the price point and proximity to what we were doing I don’t think it could have been better.

Pool is very chlorinated but the actual room was ventilated enough you only noticed after going in the water for a while. One of the cleaner less mildew-y indoor hotel pools I’ve come across. Plenty of seating, nice lighting and a basketball hoop by the pool!

Restaurant attached wasn’t bad but I wish there had been a more conventional room service because it got pretty busy both nights.

Remodel of rooms was nice. Needs a little work in the bathrooms. Toilets are low and add a bar on the other end of tub to help from falling. Sleeping area was very nice.

Had an issue with our fridge and a few things in the room. Wasnt the biggest fan of how the room was designed. Hot tub and pool did have alot of chlorine in them. Wouldnt stay again but our friends said they liked it and stayed again.
