Our room had NO window, not sure how that works with fire codes. We were not told it didn’t have a window, it was an ADA room. Sad because you are in a wheelchair you are stuck in a room like this. It felt like dungeon. Oh well let’s make our ADA rooms all windowless, save the good rooms for people who can walk!
I chose Hotel Indigo because of its convenient location to the Mayo Clinic area. I was able to use the Subway and Skyway to get to the parking garage or to the different buildings to attend my appointments without leaving a climate controlled area.

Location was good. I liked the skyway and its convenience. Bathroom was nice.
The bed was hard. We didn't get any info on parking when checking in and that would have been useful. We had a cleaning person wake us by knocking on our door at 8am. There was only one coffee available for the keurig.

Hotel Indigo is absolutely beautiful and very clean. Very well kept. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Crave Restaurant has delicious options, reasonable prices. Larry, the shuttle driver, saved my stress level! We were there for surgery and he made all the back and forth trips so easy for me! Funny guy and full of great information! 10/10 amazing hotel, restaurant and service!
The Hotel Indigo, conveniently located a few blocks from Mayo Clinic, provided us with an appropriate place to stay while we met with our doctor to address my husband's medical care. The hotel room was clean and bright and the hotel staff quickly met our needs whenever we had a question. A free shuttle to the hospital was available Monday through Friday when requested. The restaurant, Crave, with a friendly staff, offered a nice variety of food with a focus on sushi and was perfect for a quick breakfast, or a relaxing lunch or dinner.
Great location, very easy to find. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

As usual we had a nice clean room. The part I can't understand is why a premium room has to overlook a parking garage with its noises and the need to keep the drapes closed. The other part of the stay was the parking garage which is not part of the hotel but seem s to be run by the city. We were supposed to have free parking but the system didn't work and I ended up paying to get out of the garage.
Nice hotel very convenient for walking the skyway to Mayo appointments.
The entrance into the hotel was confusing. Parking in lot behind was convenient. Check in was ok. Our room ( upper floor facing street) was furnished nicely & clean. Crave restaurant was convenient & food was good. Short distance walk to Mayo or can take the Skyway.
