There was a nice variety of items on the breakfast menu! The beds were very comfortable! Very clean. Helpful & friendly staff.
The only minor thing I would change is the hairdryer.....the blowing power has a lot to be desired if one has longer, thicker hair!
Room was very clean and well set up. Enjoyed having a couch to sit on instead of just a bed. Breakfast was good.

First floors appeared to be updated, however at the time of our stay the second floor wasn’t. Great breakfast options with a self serve espresso machine.
The noise from the pool area can be heard from rooms with an inside balcony

I almost exclusively use Best Western, and my flagship locations are Salem OR and Yakima WA. Unfortunately the Willmar location is a tired hotel, not what you would expect for $200 which is more than any other BW I have stayed at. Lumpy pillows?? Wow, thats what I would expect from old budget motels from my past. They tried to make it nice with modern coffee makers, mini fridge and so on, but the bed, pillows, shower, hall carpet and exterior gave its age away. Their Bar and Grill ‘Ruffs’ was nice with great beer and great staff but they couldn’t do a burger right, too greasy of a bison burger, no veggies on top. The weight room and spa looked good but I didn’t check them out.
Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was the warmest we've ever been in and clean. Attached to a bar and grill. So many perks here!

It was a quick stay for work. Rooms are a little small but worked just fine. Everything you need the room has. Syaff was great! Close yo restaurants and freeway.
