Liked the lobby and proximity to beach.

Cons:

Thru booking.com had booked high floor. Didn't get it. Got ground floor. Had booked 2 rooms with water view. At check-in told only one room had that reservation. Booked king bed, upon check-in told there was no request recd by hotel for king bed. Overall rooms and property are run down and not what I'd expect of Marriott Courtyard. Beds were old and springy. Definitely need more southern charm at front desk. Friendly and polite even if guests are grumpy!

Toxic air, Hotel has a moisture problem
Pros:

I should’ve brought my air quality monitor. This hotel has a terrible mildew and mold smell and is very outdated. Everything is rusted and corroded. Somebody even put a coffee pod in the air conditioner to try to mask the mildew smell. I woke up with blood in my nose and a terrible headache. I think the department of health should step in. Hotel is a disgrace to the Marriott name. See photos.

Perfect place to stay between Biloxi and Long Beach.
Pros:

I have enjoyed the court Marriott for years. It is true. They need a little renovation with the guest service is amazing at this property and if you ever have a problem with the room, they accommodate you no matter what.
