First of all the staff is very friendly and helpful. From Deborah and Tony and all others at Reception Desk and also Kraner and Chris who drives the shuttle to the beach and provides chairs and umbrellas
The hotel is very cozy and strategically located. It offers breakfast and also donuts and coffee and tea during the day. And we enjoyed the sunsets from our room. It is an authentic gem. Thanks Deborah!!

Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer (Zimmer
305) mit zwei Queen-Betten. Als wir (zwei Freunde) jeweils ins Bett gingen, kam die Überraschung: Mein Kollege lag in einem grossen, noch feuchten Urinfleck. Der Fleck war gelb, roch stark nach Urin und war noch immer feucht.
Wir reklamierten umgehend bei den zwei freundlichen Damen und der Rezeption. Uns wurde sofort eine Lösung (neues Zimmer im 6. Stock: 602) angeboten und versichert, der Fall würde gemeldet und wir am nächsten Tag bei der Abreise vom Management kontaktiert werden.
Beim Check-Out schien niemand darüber Bescheid zu wissen, der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption holte jedoch sofort den General Manager dazu: Dieser entschuldigte sich erneut für die Umstände und versicherte uns, wir würden nichts für die Nacht bezahlen müssen („I will take care of your stay!“).
Dennoch wurde meine Kreditkarte um USD 211.88 belastet und trotz schriftlicher Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Hotel und telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme mit Booking der Betrag nicht zurückerstattet.

I almost didn’t book this hotel because the reviews seemed too good to be true. I kept thinking, “There’s no way it’s really that nice.” Well… every single review was right.
This is such a beautiful boutique hotel. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was amazing. Parking is included, which was a huge plus, and everyone was friendly and welcoming.
Our room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. We stayed on the 6th floor with a lake-view balcony, and it was the perfect place to relax. The entire hotel is spotless and even smells amazing.
The continental breakfast is simple (bagels, pastries, etc.), but it’s free and a nice bonus. Another thing we loved was the complimentary beach shuttle. The beach is only about 5 minutes away, but not having to drive or look for parking was so convenient. They also provide an umbrella and chairs, which made it even better.
The location couldn’t be better. There’s a Publix just steps away, and within a couple of minutes there are plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby.
The only small downside is that the pool is on the smaller side, so if your main goal is spending the day lounging by the pool, this may not be the best option. But honestly, everything else more than made up for it.
For the price, I don’t think you can beat it in this area. The hotel feels much more upscale than what you pay for. We absolutely loved our stay and will 100% be back. Highly recommend!
The stay here was pretty amazing. The pool and hot tub were impeccably clean. They had bikes for use and a shuttle that can take you anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel. So the beach and a ton of great restaurants were in the area and accessible without a car. Christian, the shuttle driver, was super helpful in picking out places to go.
A free continental breakfast with an amazing assortment of huge doughnuts was in the lobby every morning.
The rooms were clean and spacious and the a/c kept up with demand. The view from our room on the top floor was great. A really nice friend getaway.

My wife and I stayed at the Inn at Pelican Bay over 4th of July weekend. It was nearly perfect! The hotel and our suite (Room 300) were beautiful! The bed was comfortable, the shower and amenities were great. We had a nice view of the lake and could see multiple fireworks displays from our balcony. I must add that the towels were the SOFTEST towels I’ve ever felt in a hotel. The Continental breakfast was excellent and although the hotel was busy the staff kept everything well stocked! We met Deborah at the front desk and we spoke to her several times over the weekend. She may have been a recent hire but her hospitality skills were evident. Before booking the hotel I was slightly concerned with some of the reviews I read. In my opinion, ignore the negativity! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
