This was my first time at this property. The location is ideal. The room were large and comfortable, with an "old Florida vibe" to it. They have complimentary bikes and van shuttle service. The breakfast was always sufficient but underwhelming. Had a roadside motel feel to it.
I was happy to finally stay here. I do recommend it.
Beautiful, comfortable, stylish, convenient shuttle to beach. We enjoyed the afternoon donuts and morning breakfast.
Just ended a girls trip with my 3 daughters. This hotel was so beautiful. The decor was fantastic and unique, the lobby is gorgeous and we were very impressed and comfortable with our rooms and views of the pool and lake from our balcony. Breakfast was delicious and such a nice selection especially for being included in the price of the stay. The musical entertainment during breakfast was beautiful.
The pool area and grounds are very well maintained and clean. The staff is all very friendly and go the extra mile. Krenar was our FAVORITE and went above and beyond for our entire party on this trip. We loved our chats to and from the beach everyday and also seeing him around the lobby with that big smile. He’s the best employee you have on that property. Give him a raise! We will be back for sure.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is just beautiful, very welcoming feeling, classy and elegant. The room was just very nicely appointed, with everything one may need during a stay. Plenty of towels, bathrobes, wine and champagne glasses, ceramic coffee mugs, and a very comfortable bed. Very impressive.
Really nothing. Except for breakfast, I was surprised they didn’t have any scrambled eggs or something hot like that. Perhaps I should have asked but other than that, not one thing to say that I didn’t like.
really enjoyed our stay. the accommodations were very nice, complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful especially Krenar and Jacob. we will be back

L'enregistrement a été long et fastidieux, pas forcément très à l'écoute de nos questions . Le canapé lit dans la chambre n'était pas fait . La salle de sport est toute petite .
es la tercera o cuarta vez que estamos en el hotel, siempre correcto, limpio, nos sentimos en casa, nuestro amigo del estacionamiento es un lujo, y el personal super amable , cada vez que volvemos a naples pensamos en conocer otro lugar para quedarnos y volvemos al pelican jajajaj y no nos arrepentimos
