Was locked out of my room with the day left
So I go downstairs and get my key reprogrammed front desk double check and state that I had one more day but yet no apology for the inconvenience 😔 but it was like normal thing
My husband and I were delighted with this hotel. The location is very convenient, the staff was very friendly, and the facilities are in excellent condition. Everything was super clean, and we absolutely loved our room with the pool and lake view. The breakfast with a guitarist was a very special touch. If we return to Naples, we will definitely stay at the same hotel again.

This was our second stay at the Inn at Pelican Bay, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. We visited last year and loved it, so it was great to come back and have the same positive experience again.
The hotel has a very clean, quiet, and peaceful atmosphere, and all the guests seem to contribute to that relaxed environment. One thing that really stood out was that many of the staff members were the same as last year—it’s a great sign of consistency, and it was nice to recognize familiar faces.
The breakfast is continental with made-to-order omelets, which were excellent and a great way to start the day. Our room was spacious, just like last time, with a fantastic shower and very comfortable beds and pillows—we slept really well throughout our stay. There was also plenty of space to store everything, with drawers, hangers, and a safe, which made it easy to settle in. The balcony overlooking the lake and pool was a lovely bonus.
Another great perk is the complimentary shuttle to the beach. The hotel provides towels, chairs, and a parasol, and they run pickups on the hour until 5 p.m. which makes the whole experience really easy and convenient.
We stayed for four days and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend it.
