Overall, a very disappointing three-night stay
Cons:

Our three-night family stay was extremely disappointing, especially as we were travelling with our young child and our room was never properly cleaned throughout the stay. Housekeeping knocked as early as 9 AM on the first morning and never returned, so the following day we personally went to the front desk to request room cleaning before heading out for brunch—only to return late at night to an untouched room, with the front desk officer seemingly having forgotten our request despite supposedly recording it. To make matters worse, calls to the front desk frequently went unanswered or took an unreasonably long time to be picked up even during non-peak hours, reflecting a serious lack of communication, follow-through, and basic guest service.

フロントスタッフとドアマンが笑顔で親切でした。

Cons:

朝食の時、お客さんが食べ終わった食器がなかなか片付けられていないから雑然としているし、片付けてもランチョンマットを交換しないため汚いことが多かった。お皿を下げてもらえるように頼んだ時、お皿にのっていたドレッシングがテーブルにかなり溢れたのに何も言わないでそのままにされた。朝食会場のスタッフはヌードルコーナーの人以外殆どの人が不親切で何も笑顔がないから寂しい気持ちになった。

Pros:

Location to Straights Quay is always good and the Lotus supermarket mall.

Cons:

The room 1905 seems to be a heavily used/frequently used room.this is the third time I have been allocated this room. It took 4 visits to the front desk to change key cards and an intervention by an actual key to over ride a dead tap and enter pad for the room. (The battery was flat). This room is next to the lift system and at times a “loud” room.
The toilet poorly flushed and then failed entirely. (My previous visit, the same room sink was blocked and needed under sink access to drain. It was not fixed over my three day stay.) breakfast is also a rather tired attempt to impress, with few healthy items available like healthy fibre cereals, yoghurts and choice fresh seasonal fruit.
The net curtains were torn.
Otherwise, the rooms were clean and other facilities were fine.

Perfecto
Pros:

Nos gustó la habitación, era muy cómoda y limpia. También el desayuno, es muy completo! La piscina en la azotea una maravilla. Tiene un centro comercial en frente con comida a muy buenos precios. En los bajos del hotel también hay alguna tiendecita y una lavandería.

Cons:

Está un poco alejado de Georgetown, pero si buscas tranquilidad como nosotros es ideal.

Needs improvement on many areas
Pros:

Rooms are large and bright and the doorman are great

Cons:

Pool area only 4 chairs ?? Pool bar was never open even though it was advertised as open on select hour the restaurant was very disappointing as when for dinner and it was closed at 730pm even though it was advertised as open. The breakfast was also disappointing as hot food cold and selection was poor. Most of the staff seem very untrained. It was not what i would expect from a 4 star hotel
