Seaview from the room which, hotel located near to many eateries. receptionist were very informative.

Cons:

terrible housekeeping experience. i turn on the 'clean my room' button when i left in the morning around 9am. There was an instruction to leave the towel on the floor, so that they will replace a new towel, and i did. came back to room to refresh around 2.30pm, they room was untouched. we got no new to towel to take our bath. called the room services, all they said "oh sorry about that". i requested for new towel to be sent immediately, but no action taken. by luck i saw a cleaner passing by my room, and i asked him for towels. then he offered to a quick cleaning. Very unpleasant feeling, when they are cleaning our room while we were in the room. Parking.... another issues. have to climb few floors to access the hotel parking.

Pros:

I like the room so spacious.

Cons:

The ironing service is not provided. But we requested.. Later the housekeeping staff provided us. But it's not in good condition.

卫生差！
Pros:

工作人员态度都很不错，积极解决问题

Cons:

卫生很差！第一间房马桶上全是尿渍！枕头有黄色污迹！换了一间房后，天天马桶堵！然后水溢到地板上！一泡屎马桶就能堵掉！我都要求我儿子拉屎拉细一点！每天一电话工作人员就拿着🪠来通马桶了！

Everything is good. Just the fridge not functioning which I can’t store my dessert
