Fancy Music Hotel
Pros:

Beautiful and the designed wall, big room and comfortable bed. Facilities are well maintain.

Cons:

A bit far from the city. No breakfast provided. A bit costly.

Overall, a disappointing stay with poor service and limited amenities. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

liked the bathroom. The bathtub was big, clean, and spacious.

Cons:

First and foremost, my special requests were not fulfilled. I was informed that I needed to make additional requests and that there would be extra charges. After checking in, I called the front desk, and they confirmed the same.
The room itself was only average. There were very limited complimentary beverages provided, and only one tea bag was available. If I wanted more, I had to request it. Even the bath bomb for the bathtub wasn’t provided in the room and had to be requested separately.
Overall, the experience completely spoiled my day. I was really disappointed with the level of hospitality. It felt like every little amenity had to be requested, which made the hotel seem overly stingy. For the price paid, I expected a much better experience.The breakfast was also a letdown. The selection was quite limited, and it didn’t meet my expectations in terms of variety or quality. It certainly wasn’t something I looked forward to.

Unfortunately, the staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which made the overall experience even more disappointing. Hospitality plays a big role in a hotel stay, and I didn’t feel valued as a guest.

Overall, I did not have a pleasant stay at this hotel. From the unfulfilled requests to the lack of amenities, underwhelming breakfast, and unfriendly service, the experience fell far below my expectations. I left feeling disappointed, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Pros:

The view is nice and the staff are friendly and try to help but room service is not attended well room is spacious and clean also the bathroom is nice however some problem with bathtubs always give hot water and no cold water in the shower cabinet

Cons:

The cups in the room are dirty and old I request to change them but they don't change it at all. So be sure to have your paper cup with you if you stay and also no smart tv Netflix or at less YouTube. The sheets are not clean I found some spots

and hair in the bed. The mattress is firm and also the billow is stiff. The water fall down form the sink to the floor in bathroom and also thr draing is so slow and water full the bathroom when you use the jacksui they give only one bottle of water and every time you have to ask for water and the phone in the room is not working not blessed by my stay

We booked for 3 person and when arrived no extra bed and no 3rd person amenities was arrange.
Extra bed was charge RM100 per night when you have add on 3 adult in the booking.
