Pros:

Hotel selesaaa and tidur pun tenangggg je takde gangguan .

Cons:

Kolam renang tak boleh pakai sebab under repair apa ntah 😭 . Kitanyaa honeymoon tapi tak apalah tak ada rezeki .

Pros:

Hotel was good but internet was poor. My whole stay was messed up because of internet.

Despite giving call for the IT to get it done in my room but nobody was there and i was keep on using the main hotel internet which was not up to the mark. I was not able to talk to my client nor able to access resources.

Unpleasant Experience – Pool and Room Issues.

Disappointing stay. The room blanket had black marks and the toilet had a bad odor. Additionally, the swimming pool water made our skin itchy and the pool towels smelled unpleasant. Needs better hygiene management."

the facility , parking and buffet breakfast are good

Cons:

This is my second time staying here. The room I got this time was a bit smaller than my previous stay and didn’t have a beach view. However, this wasn’t clearly stated during the booking.

Some of the hotel staff have a good attitude

Cons:

2 hours after check in. I encountered room aircond still not cool. So I ask for replacement room with the receptionist, instead of straight away I get a replacement room, he told me that I have to wait for maintenance guy to repair the aircond with a hot and unconfortable environment after a long journey. The result is I have to once again go to the lobby and ask the receptionist for replacement room because the aircond can't be repaired. What a terible service..

Pros:

The bed was OK. The lift very fast.

Cons:

The breakfast not much variety. Lack of staffs in the coffee house. Hardly gets a coffee cup. The food was below average. The swimming pool water not clear/clean.
