Didn’t stay
Cons:

I didn’t stay there and turned in a claim. Which I haven’t heard from and they told me the hotel chain would get back to me. I called to verify my reservation because of icy conditions and was told they couldn’t find the reservation at the location in Vicksburg..

Very disappointing experience!
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

Check in was bungled! ( couldn’t find my reservation and weren’t pleasant about it!
Hot tub and pool were not usable-we weren’t told. ( these were THE reason we booked Hampton in the first place)
Bed too hard and uncomfortable.
Breakfast was decent, at best!!

Very good stay.
Pros:

We had a very good stay. It was in a nice location, it was quiet and everything went smooth. Room cleanliness could use a little work, but not bad. Tasha the receptionist was exceptional. Give her a pay raise. Good help is hard to find.

It was ok but I wouldn’t stay again. I’d stay on the river.

It was clean and had free breakfast.

Cons:

The pool heater and hot tub was broke therefore it was too cold for anyone that includes another mom I had talked to when we stayed. She said that’s why she booked that hotel too! I booked it for the pool also. It isn’t walking distance to the river, restaurant, or shopping.

DISGUSTING!!!! Don’t let the lobby fool you. After driving 700 miles, we were ready to get baths and go to bed. The bathroom is disgusting. Mild/mildew……trash all over the floor, hairs in the bathtub, toilet seat broken. STAY AWAY
