Under renovation made it inconvenient to enter and lug bags. We should have been told this at booking time.
No microwave in the room! Unheard of!
No complimentary breakfast but even the paid breakfast opens way too late at 7am. No body lotions or other toiletries

Construction on outside inconvenient for parking
Traffic noise can be loud when fire engines go by. One elevator is not working. Staff is wonderful. Room clean.
