NOT a hospitable stay
Pros:

The people at the bistro were great! My rate included breakfast which was exceptional. Lauren at the front desk was hospitable and tried to make up for a not great experience during the stay

Cons:

I checked in on a Thursday night and was put on the party floor,. Wedding, prom whatever..Doors were slamming constantly and then a dog barked continually. I called the front desk and was moved. I get to the new room and the key didn't work. Got the key issued resolved and the deadlock didn't
Work properly.. I had to call to figure out the secret, i
t was a problem getting out as well. Was told they knew about about
the problem and it was scheduled to be fixed.

The hairdryer didn't work, the coffee pot had no filter rendering it unusable. The tissue box had tissues stuffed in the top and then it was empty. I went out for the day and when i returned my key was deactivated. Went to the desk and Lauren comped me a small bottle of wine to make up for the inconveniences. It was one aggravation after another

Im thankful it was only a two night stay. It was not what I expected from a Marriot and I would think twice about booking with them again

Rather disappointed - for a -Marriott.
Pros:

Needs a realistic free breakfast arrangement.

Cons:

Room was way at the end of a long hallway at the rear of building - but the clerk at check-in directed us thru the front entrance- when there was a rear door less than 20 feet from the room. I am 81 years old with neuropathy. Also the room was noisy - next to some " hotel work" room and some sort of a loading ramp.

Located close to the beach; good Restaurants and freeway

Cons:

The toilette lid in one of the rooms was broken. It does look like the cleaning staff does a real good job cleaning.

Ok. The amount you charged booking for our room was much higher than room costs if I booked with the hotel directly. our
Pros:

Convenience of location. Friendliness of staff very accommodating.

Cons:

You need to put some warmth into your decor. The bathroom sink area needs to be addressed. It collects water each time you use it.
