They charged me a $70.00 security deposit. I better get it back or I will take legal action. I am getting tired of being ripped off.

I stayed 9 nights for work and enjoyed my stay; I would go back again.
Pros:

Room on the 5th floor was nice and quiet. A/C worked really well. The couch was great to relax. Work table could have been a little bigger but did the trick. Breakfast was good. They need a little more variety, especially on the egg dich, it is scrambled eggs every day-as I stayed for 9 nights. The indoor pool is great and the work out room is good.

Could have been better why cleanliness
Pros:

It was a convenient location close to everything

Cons:

The room was not clean, the bed had a stain at the bottom of it, the door handle needs repair, toilet wasn't working properly, stained dirty pillow cases were left in the room upon arrival

Comfortable Room and Friendly Service
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, very clean, and had great amenities including a microwave, mini fridge, and iron with ironing board. The staff was extremely friendly, and check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

The stuff were great!!! Especially the young man by the name "Reason" he deserves all the points or raise he can get!!

Cons:

We had asked for ADA room, we both were handicap, the floor was very slippery for my boyfriend, (not your fault) the bed was very comfortable, but VERY TALL, you need to remove the box spring, since there is base! The room was very tight for two mobility scooters.
