should have been an amenity
could not get coffee outside of business hours
I stay here regularly for work. Generally a great stay. Walls/floors can be thin if neighbors are loud. Staff is wonderful. Bartenders are great. Biggest complaint is how lame it is that they charge $12/day to park in what is essentially a large country open-air parking lot. Money grab just because they can.
Such a beautiful hotel. The staff went out of their way to engage customers and were warm and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room clean and quiet. I took a peek at the workout facility and it was gym quality equipment and had mutilples of each machine.
I checked out this location for my company who is doing some work in the area. Great first impression, front desk woman was extremely friendly. It was easy to park ($20 per night) and a quiet location. I asked about the breakfast start time when I checked in and was told 6AM. Went down around 6:20 and stood by the register to get coffee and breakfast, no one was around. Waited a while then a line formed behind me (about 5 people) I had to get going for a meeting so I left the line and asked a man at the front desk if someone was coming and he kind of rolled his eyes and said “I’ll call them and see where they are” to me it seemed like this was a frequent issue.
Also while I was in line I noticed half the menu items were crossed out. This is so unusual as I stay at courtyards across the country frequently and they always have all items including French toast. Not this location. I didn’t have time to wait so I got Panera instead but it was very frustrating for those who travel for work relying on a good place for breakfast. Had that not been an issue I would’ve for sure given this hotel 5 stars.
Quiet and really nicely appointed room. Bed and pillows fantastic. Nice shower
Bathroom and elevators were cold. Green blinking light on ceiling
I love that it has a bar.
No coffee except two little pods in the room (one was decaf). If you aren't going to offer breakfast, at LEAST give us a coffee shop. And $12 to park in a barren parking lot? Ridiculous
Nice hotel, warm staff, good breakfast and room was big and comfortable
I did not get maid service. I am done with the the COVID excuse for not servicing rooms at hotels. I pay good $ for my stay, it should come with good service
Facilities were great however food/breakfast was very lacking.
Perhaps try locol coffee option instead of starbucks you might have better luck.
$12 for parking in the suburbs 😒
Great property.
I didn't like the Pay-to-Park as there were no other options available
Friendly, helpful staff. Clean property
Love it
Very friendly staff and walkable to great food! Our room smelt weird, there were weird stains on the bathroom walls, and stains on the pillow cases.
.
The pet fee shown here is $30 per night. We were charged $60 per night. Parking fee is $12 a day and I’m not sure why. Not close to the shops or anything really? Hotel is literally in a field. You even have to pay for coffee. Complimentary water but no coffee in the morning. The couch in our room was so stained and dirty we wouldn’t sit on it. If you need anything from the front desk be prepared to wait as no-one was ever there. We actually had to go back to our room and call down so someone would come up front to assist us. For this price we will be staying somewhere much cleaner and nicer next visit.
