The front desk staff were outstanding. Professionalism at its best!
There was a group of football children visiting, and were allowed to be running around in the main lobby which is connected to the rooms upstairs which were VERY loud at 9:45-10:15 PM.

Angelica and Amber provided excellent customer service. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they both made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay.
Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail deserve recognition, as they exemplify outstanding customer service.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. One thing we especially appreciated was that they were able to find us a cup of hot water in the middle of the night.
Overall, a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again.
The only negative aspect was the cost, but that seems to be the case for most hotels in the area during the summer season.

I have no complaints, from when we checked in Amber at the front desk was great and the room was great and the hotel was in a helpful location really close to everywhere we needed to be.
