Moving to Virginia from North Carolina
Pros:

I have recently completed officer training school for the Navy and am now stationed in Portsmouth, VA. As new arrivals, we found Amber to be exceptionally helpful and insightful, making us feel very welcome. We are extremely appreciative of her assistance.

Tomeka was super great!
Pros:

Tomeka was wonderful- she was the only bartender and the only wait staff person working at the time. She had many bar customers and then graciously took my and my sister’s food order. Although she was extremely busy, she handled each customer with friendliness, cheerfulness and professionalism. She was a total delight, very fun, and made our eating and drinking experience even better. The food was also very delicious.

Pros:

Room was very clean! Air conditioner worked great!

Cons:

Too long a walk to room. No help with luggage offered or given.
One area in room was a trip hazard although we didn't trip. It was right in the middle of the room.

Va Beach Hotel
Pros:

Crystal was amazing and very helpful at answering our questions . The location was very clear and orgized and the room size was more than enough. I would recommend this place if you’re trying to go to the beach and save some money and still get a nice place it’s about 20 mins from Va Beach

10/10 would stay here again.
Pros:

Angelica was such a great help, was very knowledgeable, and gave detailed information on the amenities here at this hotel. I wish more could be like her. She gave me the break down of the food, gym, pools and the area. Very helpful! The rooms were very clean and well up kept! The temperature was set just right! The overview of the pool was awesome! Which wad also well maintained!

A Stressful Situation Made Easier by Nicole
Pros:

I would like to recognize Nicole at the front desk for her outstanding customer service. My husband lost his wallet while we were traveling, and because the reservation was not in my name, we had to go through the frustrating process of contacting Hotels.com to have my name added.

Being out of town and dealing with this situation was stressful, but Nicole was patient, kind, and helpful every step of the way. She took the time to assist us, answer our questions, and made sure everything was handled properly. Her professionalism and compassion turned a very frustrating experience into a much smoother one.

Right at home!

Crystal A was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to create an amazing customer experience. She went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of and was very personable and friendly while doing so!
