The cleaning staff and their lack of cleaning the rooms daily for the price of the stay..
Very clean hotel. Bed sheets were not put on correctly which made me question if they had actually been changed.

Ms Crystal Green was so pleasant , friendly, knowledgeable and professional when I asked a few questions.
She took time with me when we were checking out.
And the beautiful flowers she gave me, were an amazing surprise and treat!

Got accused of smoking in the room which I know was untrue I am on oxygen so no threr no smoking. Was charge 250.00 it was join room which was not with us. The whole stay staff was knocking on door trying to find who was smoking the floor smelled weed, i believed we was scapegoat because they saw going outside to smoke they thought the joint room was the one smoking. I have documented proof that i am oxygen so i know there was no smoking , tried to explain to management which treated me rudely. Plusci had my granddaughter with bme which is allergic . Management not would listen. Which i have proof of oxygen use abd allergies . Documented from medical experts
Had the best service at the bar. Tomeka was friendly and fast. Never waited for anything. She pores the best draft beer also makes a fine martini. I enjoyed a ribeye steak for dinner. It was cooked perfectly the way I requested it. Carmenta was the cook and what a cook she was. I will definitely be back to this hotel.
The property is huge and has so many amenities. Very clean and cozy.

The beds were very hard. The shower curtain had mold on it and the bathroom was not very clean.
Friendly staff every stay—I travel here often for work, and Angelica truly stood out by quickly connecting my rewards number when others couldn’t. She made the process seamless and went above and beyond to help. Always a great experience!
