I had a wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Anitra. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome and taken care of. Her attention to detail and genuine kindness really stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable. My room key didn’t work two times in a row and I had a real bad day, but Anitra’s enthusiasm and professionalism helped me stay calm and I am thankful. This is exactly the kind of service that makes guests want to come back. Thank you!

I had just arrived at Holiday Inn and met Angelica who went above and beyond to accommodate my stay. I can’t thank her enough for her hospitality, kindness, and welcoming me back. She was outstanding, attention to detail, and exceeded all my expectations.

My experience was absolutely delightful. The staff was very supportive answering all my pre-visit questions and I had plenty, especially Mina who made sure I got an accessible room and a upgrade, too. I felt so spoiled! I'm sure that all other hotel stays will pale in comparison to my stay last weekend. Thank you again Miss Mina for being so helpful and supportive.
