Cozy & quiet
I was charged a reservation fee which was the cost of 1 night stay priort checkin. However I was still charged full price for 3 nights at check in. Still waiting to be refunded.
The room was clean and housekeeping was very attentive. Breakfast was great, the selection choices were way above standard.
All was good, I do not have any dislikes at the moment.
Breakfast was not hot. The food was good but barely warm. We were early, so I don't think the pans had warmed up yet. Flavor was good though. The staff were very nice. Everything was clean. The decor was nice. Plenty of parking.
There could have been at least one medium -soft pillow. All 4 were firm. The toilet paper holder was installed wrong, so one roll fell off right away. Had I been in a wheelchair, it could have been a problem. I took pictures because it struck me as odd that it was a construction issue that had not been fixed.
Anitra was very sweet and informative about questions I had.
We had an unexpected addition for our stay, and Angelica came through and helped us out tremendously! We had 3 in a room, and even though the hotel was sold out, Angelica was able to push & look for a special accommodation for us. Such great customer service!
Anitra was great and provided a friendly and fast check in.

Location: Holiday Inn Virginia Beach. Anitra gave excellent service; I was frustrated, cranky, and tired from a seven hours flight delay and she kept a very professional attitude , she was empathetic to my situation. Reassuring me that everything was going to be fine, and my frustration was understandable. In the face of her positive attitude, and never once lost her smile. I had no choice but to calm down and accept that things happen to let it roll the proverbial duck’s back. She is a great ambassador as to the quality of service and professionalism at your establishment. I am happy for this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation, and gratitude that Anitra was the first person to greet me at check in. Thank you for recognizing and employing such a wonderful, warm, and compassionate person.
Spent a night with my family, the staff was so kind to me and my family .Special thanks to Angelica, Antifa and the lady on the cafeteria. These ladies made us feel welcomed, we'll be returning here for our next stay in Virginia
Antria and Nicole were wonderful and th room was immaculate. The bathroom was neat and clean. The location is in a great spot close to everything and to the church I’ll be fellowshipping with. The atmosphere was second to none and very inviting and the night staff was very welcoming.
The front desk receptionist Anitra was very kind and helpful. She had a great personality and we just had an overall great experience.
