Great atmosphere and quality rooms!!
I'm currently staying at the Holiday Inn, and I just have to give a huge shoutout to Angelica at the front desk!
From the second you walk through the doors, her warm smile and pleasant attitude set the perfect tone for your stay. It is so refreshing to be greeted by such a positive, genuinely welcoming face after a long day of travel.
Angelica's customer service skills are absolutely top-notch. She is incredibly knowledgeable and can assist you with just about any issue or question that comes up, handling everything with ease and a great attitude.
She is a fantastic asset to this Holiday Inn, and she truly made my stay excellent. If you are checking in here, you are in great hands with Angelica!
Anthone was helpful in making sure we had the right rooming accommodation and at the best rate while in town for our family reunion and also visiting with other family in the area. We greatly appreciate his attention to the matter and for reaching out before our arrival.

Was charged a cancelation fee with no resolution when the bathroom had mold in the shower, we asked for another room since it was dirty and disgusting and they did not have another room available

The staff was very welcoming. The check-in was smooth. The hotel was hosting a family reunion and church convention, but they did not appear stressed. They were certain to say "Hello" to each guests. The room was clean.
