We made a reservation for 3 people in a king room w pull out sofa arriving late. Unfortunately there weren’t any bedding materials in the room after a long 7 hour drive. The following morning the coffee pot wouldn’t work. We were told to get coffee in the lobby while we waited for a new kuerig however there wasn’t any coffee in the lobby. Later that night our room keys worked on the exterior door but neither worked on our room door so we had to go back to the lobby. And the staff didn’t replenish our coffee or cups so the next morning we had to go back to the lobby. and lastly there wasn’t a security latch on the door. Frustrated!
Attended the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc 3rd District Conference with my husband. The event was very nice.
Not a thing.
Couldn't sleep, party in the hall and the door was proped open with the latch so the door slammed against the latch every 4 minutes. Felt like I was in Vegas. Hotel staff didn't do anything so I left at 1030 pm and slept in my car. Waste of money.
She was knowledgeable, made excellent drinks and had a wonderful demeanor!!!

Overall, my experience at the hotel was just okay. There were several issues with the room that affected my stay. The room did not have an ironing board, hand soap, body wash, or shampoo, and housekeeping did not refill any of these items during my stay. I also contacted the front desk about the ironing board and was told that one would be brought to my room, but I never received it. These issues made the stay less comfortable than expected.
Breakfast needs a better variety of foods.
Tamera behind the bat was pleasant and attentive. A joy to be waited on by her.
I wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible hospitality I received during my stay, specifically from Anitra and Nicole at the front desk.
From the moment I walked through the doors, they both went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process. Their professionalism was matched only by their warm and welcoming personalities. I had an issue with my initial room given to me. After I explained and exhibtes my concerns. Anitra and Nicole changed my room without hesitation and apologized for my experience. It’s rare to find a team that handles guest needs with such genuine care and efficiency.
Whether it was answering questions or just providing a friendly greeting every time I passed through the lobby, Anitra and Nicole truly set the gold standard for customer service. They are a massive asset to this Holiday Inn, and they made my stay significantly more enjoyable.

The room carpet It was dirty when I arrived. They did not bring towels or toilet paper to the room, had to ask for them. Nor did they clean the room or take out the trash during the day on Friday. The pool contained excessive chemicals, causing burning and itching in my children's bodies and eyes after they used it.
I reported the issue with the dirty carpet on the very day I checked in, and I showed the photo. I report

She is my advisor to drinking the best drinks and she is my buddy. I said surprise me with a drink and she did. Amazing. She is an absolute gem when it comes to customer service and customs.
Tomeka gave excellent service from start to finish. She was very kind, attentive, and had such a warm personality that made me feel comfortable right away. She helped create a great atmosphere and made my experience at the hotel even better. Bartenders like her are the reason people want to come back

Everything was great until the last night. The water for my shower did not get hot or above Luke warm. But checking out made it better just talking to Nicole. She was great and cheerful. Thank you for getting me back on track with my day.
