I will stay again, and will recommend others as well.

Front door entrance and lobby was clean.

Uvanka the young lady who greeted me once I came through the doors, made me feel welcomed and checked me in with ease and confidence in knowing I was at the right hotel. I give her an excellent rating.

Cons:

I was concerned about the elevators when i got on it because of the noise it was making.

Lastly, the elevators and lounge areas
(Specifically the lounge area upstairs facing the front desk), can use some air fresheners sprayed cos of travelers getting in and out of the elevators and going to the lounge areas constantly.

The staff and large airy lobby

Cons:

There was a convention or meeting at the hotel - there was a large group of people smoking and drinking and generally being loud right outside our window late into the night
