Front desk Miss Shirley and Eddie both provide first rate customer service with a positive and attentive attitude towards my needs and expectations. Vet clean room and comfortable beds etc. I always choose this property if the have availability when I travel for business.
My experience has been amazing nice clean family free Crystal green made sure whatever I needed was handled . Very sweet and polite <3 will be back soon

Dont waste your money on breakfast it was God awful terrible. Undercooked eggs ice cold biscuits and gravy, fried out turkey sausage. Beyond that I had to argue with desk staff if had pre-purchased breakfast and that we had in writing about early check in I actually received a text asking what time we would be there, I shouldn't have to argue every point because when they actually paid attention to our reservation it was settled in our favor. Just poor staff

Great visit and an excellent location. I cannot wait to visit again. Despite being full, the hotel was quiet, and an elevator was always available. The lobby and hallways smelled fresh and clean rather than like a saloon. The staff was professional and friendly—quality all the way around.

Very clean and sophisticated
Location- We were there for a family reunion and the location for all our events was within 15 minutes of drive time or less, that was monumental for the family members traveling from out of town. Atmosphere- was very inviting the front desk greeting was very warm coming in and going out. One example Eddie went above and beyond helping the Gore family with the hospitality room or assisting with directions to different places and locations within the surrounding area we like to personally thank you Eddie very much. The rooms was great very accommodating for the value.
My boyfriend and I sat at the Blu Bar for dinner and Tomeka was the best! She was very helpful and pleasant. Very kind individual and worked well even when busy. 100% would come back because her service was so great!

Angelica's customer service skills are absolutely top-notch. She is incredibly knowledgeable and can assist you with just about any issue or question that comes up, handling everything with ease and a great attitude.
