Saturday partying, police blocked the roads due to the crowds of people. Could not get to the hotel until police finally let us through. There was a shooting a few blocks away shortly after we got to the hotel.

Not worth the value
Pros:

I like the location of the hotel being on the beach.

Cons:

Room location (107) on bottom floor was very noisy in the evening. I would never want to stay in that room again, especially for that price. The view from room is terrible when you think you are getting a view from higher up and this is at ground view. Asked for double beds, was given a king. There was no parking available except in the overflow which was blocked off due to the street being closed for a shooting that had happened.

It was a nice hotel and good location but the cleanliness could have been better

Location was Everything! Close to many great restaurants! Oceanfront was Amazing!

Cons:

Hotel was extremely hot! No air on all floors! Bout near passed out from the heat waiting on elevators! Geesh!

Allowed us to check in early, the staff was very friendly. The room was very nice
