The room was very clean, which is always my main concern when I stay at an hotel. The bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet. The staff is great, Very good customer service, very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.
Staff was helpful, and facilities were generally nice, although dated. My room definitely showed some wear and tear, but was clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast buffet.
Needed extra pullout bed. Wasn't there initially and got nervous. Within 10 min it was delivered with fresh linen. Needed extra towels next morn & they were waiting outside my door wrapped up. Great staff, good food, great karaoke on Weekend. Definitely will return next time in central NY.
The beds are great.
Well, I asked for a blanket at the desk my first night. I was asked what room I was in, I said 146 and was told one would be delivered. I never got it. The thermostat doesnt control the temp right. If the heat is on LOW on 63, it’s sweltering hot. I didn’t complain since I never got my blanket, I knew it wouldn’t be fixed. Woke up the first morning and had a non working keurig so I had to chase down a new keurig. That didn’t work either so I literally just said screw it.
Kids running up and down the halls knocking me over while I’m carrying food I had delivered- that continued all night.
I used to love this hotel. What happened?
The Beer Garden was nice but the acoustics need a little softening. Your bartender was delightful as was the check in desk clerk.
The facility was tired and could use some upgrades. Also the price was high for the quality. We paid the same or less for a better suite in Burlington VT the next day. The charge added to prevent theft was a head scratcher. Is it really that bad in Utica?
Could use better pillows. Comfortable bed. Pool should be indoors. Ice machine needed on 2nd floor

Someone put a fragrance scent pack in ac unit vent so someone knew it smelled bad
The bathroom was good but the room size was to small for my mom to get around with her walker
There was a pull out couch for my daughter to sleep on but the mattress was so bad she had to sleep on couch not folded out to a bed
The room was clean and the rest of hotel was beautiful well maintained and the staff at desk was amazing. We travel quite a bit and the room itself was not for a handicap person
We got all the extra stuff we needed. A blanket, towels and a toothbrush from front desk immediately and they were very kind
I did report the quality of room and bad smell to clerk at check out
