We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the location is great!
Great Spot easy parking well thought out rooms, Studio King, super quiet and really nice staff. Great big desk area. Travelers will be very happy to stay here A+++ If I could give it 100 stars I would. Shopping dining restaurants close by. Squeaky clean. Thank you.
Everything was wonderful and quiet.. no kids running the hallways.

Didn’t get the chance to try breakfast..
It’s nothing I didn’t like .. absolutely beautiful and clean and in the middle of everything
Great amenities, spacious room for a family, with ample closet space.
The hotel overall is beautiful. Very clean. The rooms are amazing. My girlfriend and I loved it. It was in walking distance to our date night dinner.
The breakfast was not very good. Not a lot of options and the food was kind of warm. I know it’s free breakfast but ive seen a lot better breakfasts at lesser hotels.
Overall was pretty good. We slept good and the place was clean. It was good to have the small kitchen to cook small things foe kids.
Walking distance to supermarket and other dinning options.
Parking right behind property, with some spaces to charge EVs.
The gym looked good for basic things. The pool is small but inside, still a nice touch.
Breakfast is ok, the same eggs everyday and cold, both scramble and hard boiled. Tea options all with caffeine. At least got oatmeal, cereal and bagels.
The doors are so hard to open and I got hurt by one. When they close they are pretty heavy and can hurt you.

The staff were extraordinary and helpful. Overall facilities are in great condition.
Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with lots of good options. Would definitely recommend and book there again.
When I arrived, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We only planned to stay one night, but after having a positive and relaxing experience, we decided to stay an extra night. The room was just like the photos. It was able to accommodate my husband, who is in a wheelchair.
This was a great hotel. Very helpful staff—we had Amazon packages delivered here and got every single one. We needed our room key changed a couple of times as it stopped working after a day—turned out the key reader on the room door needed a new battery, and they took care of it after the key stopped working for the second time. The hotel is very clean. No weird smells, stains on the walls or carpet, etc. Ample luggage carts available. Nice lobby to sit in and watch tv or use the WiFi while having a drink or snack. A few decent restaurants nearby and a Harris Teeter with a Starbucks inside. A wine store, hairdresser and gas stations nearby as well. The hotel itself has very modern decor, a super clean gym with treadmills and weights, and a nice pool. The laundry situation was kind of crummy. The hotel provides soap and dryer sheets if you need it, but there are only three washers and three dryers. The washers aren’t stacked so you’re squeezing in between the washers and dryers to load and unload clothes, and the way the doors open makes it awkward to get your clothes in and out. And it costs a lot of money to wash but especially to dry. It’s like the dryers don’t work very well at all and you have to come and add more money. It’s already $3.75 a load! And even drying on “High” your clothes can still come out very wet. Definitely clean the lint filter! But even then the dryers were not doing great. Clothes still came out very damp out of one of them. The dryer vent probably needs a good cleaning. Also not great- the shower doesn’t have a door. Two things—the water takes a hundred years to heat up. It was nuts how long it took. I’m from CA and I feel super weird about just letting water run and not being in it. Then there is no door, so not only can you not warm up in the shower but also the water is just splashing into the bathroom. Fine for adults but if you have mobility issues or you have kids, the design is a slip hazard. We used an extra towel to soak up the water. Just a weird kind of shower to put in a hotel and I’m glad our kids weren’t with us because we’d have needed an additional towel. The maids did take great care of the room though. No complaints about the frequency or quantity of towels or emptying of trash. They kept the room spotless. The bed was super comfy. There was free WiFi and breakfast, although the breakfast didn’t really suit our tastes. The only other complaint I have is that there was no light in the vanity area. A vanity and mirror needs lights in front. The only close lights were all in other areas and it made it hard for both of us to get ready at the same time. Overall though, it was a good place for us to stay. And it was quiet!! We took nightly walks around the neighborhood behind the hotel. You could hear the frogs and crickets, and there were lots of fireflies. It was very relaxing to take a stroll after dinner and then shower and go to bed. We would definitely come back!
I travel to the area regularly for work, and this has been my favorite hotel. It’s relatively new. However, their business practices are atrocious. I booked at the government rate. Six days before check-in I called to shorten my stay. The associate on the phone changed the dates for me and I confirmed on the app that the dates were correct, and the booking was still at the government rate. However, 26-hrs before check in I received an email saying that they would no longer honor the government rate because I had shortened my stay and the rate would be triple the government rate! They have a 48-hr cancellation policy, so just to be clear, they tripled the rate when it was too late for me to cancel! I cannot get reimbursed by work for more than the government rate so I had to spend an hour on the phone with Marriott support trying to resolve this. They opened a case but couldn’t cancel or change the rate for me. The morning I was supposed to check, in the manager replied to my email and said they would not honor the government rate but did agree to cancel with no cancellation fee. I’m Marriott platinum level too so no, having status will not help you at this hotel.
I’m in disbelief that a Marriott brand hotel would triple the rate 26 hrs before check-in.
