The staff was wonderful when we checked in. The food was very good at the restaurant. And the bed was amazing.

There was a very strong odor in the room - I think perhaps new carpeting was recently laid down and the smell of the adhesive was bordering on offensive. I feel that I smelled it throughout the hotel (hallways, elevator vestibules, etc), so I think asking for a room change would have been pointless - I assume all the rooms were the same.
Great location, it's tucked away right off I-29.
Our Authors Gala was held at the Four Points Sheraton Airport Hotel and it was a weekend to remember. Rhonda and the staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to accommodate our group. Hats off to this amazing team.
We have stayed at this location several times. We like the restaurant for evening meal after traveling 2hours to get there. No need to go out to eat.we also like the shuttle service to and from airport. And the onsite long term parking. It helps with not needing to park and shuttle to airport parking. Even with the cost it’s a lot less stress.
Convenient and comfortable stay with a restaurant on site and shuttle service to the airport. Great start to our vacation!

Parking was a little difficult - all spots were full.

Several times when we have stayed at this property the tv has not worked. We switched rooms as maintenance never came to fix it.
