The staff was nice, no problem with them. Having to move to different broken rooms was very frustra

The hotel was under construction witch i didnt know about when I booked the room. They could find my reservation at first finally got it figured out. Gave me a room and The toilet wouldn't flush, so they were going to have someone fix it, a hour later I asked if I could go to the room and they moved me to a different room on 4th floor. I carried all my things up there and the key disnt work and the door wouldn't close or lock. Went back down and the said my original room toilet was fixed so I was moved back to that room. The toilet flushed one time and then never worked again. I have to have instacart bring me a plunger and had to plunge it after every flush. The shower water barley came out , it was blazing hot no matter where the handle was pointing. and the tub didnt drain either.

Very nice clean, comfortable hotel. The pictures of Kansas City are so cool to look at! Everyone was super helpful . Will definitely stay here again!

Pros:

The hotel seems to be one of the better airport hotels. The staff is super-friendly, and there is a free shuttle. The pool looked decent, even though I wasn't able to use it. The fixtures in the room were solid and ceramic. There is a great BBQ restaurant nearby.

Cons:

The hotel is in a sort of weird neighborhood consisting almost only of airport hotels. There is a feeling like everything is under renovation and slightly provisional.
