Room was not clean no hot water room was very cold breakfast was not good after waiting for 2 hours for the hotel to book the room through priceline it never happened so I had to pay again very bad experience.
Staff members at front desk were all great offering background information about the hotel. Great referrals to restaurants and shopping mall nearby.
The buffet was fair but no fresh fruit like bananas apples nor oranges. The waffles were pre-made and hard as rock. Eggs were great and meats were well cooked and kept warm. Coffee was pretty muddy. For the price per night of 150 dollars for two with old rooms and commode running all night could really be improved. Love the people working there!!!
.Disappointing experience.
The place was dirty, neglected, and showed an unacceptable level of maintenance.
I only stayed for an hour, and that was enough to realize there are no cleaning standards or real commitment to guests.
I even took this photo right at the entrance — visible to everyone who arrives.
If that’s the first impression, imagine what the rooms and carpets must look like.
I do not recommend this hotel at all — there are much better options for the same price that at least show some respect for their customers.
We enjoyed the open-atrium space of the lobby and the pool and jacuzzi area. Love the indoor plants and trees!

Needs hall carpet replaced, curtains, and shower curtains replaced too.
I woke up at 3 am because I was bitten by a bug. I turned the light on and saw several under the pillows in the bed. We checked out shortly after that and had to sleep in our car. When I told the guy at the front desk he told me “we don’t have bed bugs. We have fleas.” These bugs were not jumping like fleas. He went on to say they wouldn’t be able to survive because the beds are covered in plastic. I showed him pictures and he told me they looked like ants. It’s concerning that any type of bug in our beds would be okay in his opinion. In addition to this, there was mold growing in the ice machine on our floor (4th). The entire building smelled like rotten eggs and it was extremely hot and humid. The breakfast buffet was dirty and gross. They had employees guarding it like we were trying to steal the free breakfast. We will never stay at a Radisson hotel ever again.
My shoes stuck to the floor in the dining area to the point where my shoes almost were pulled off my feet. The toilet leaked. The entire property had a sickly smell of sewage. The shower head looked like it had been pulled out of the wall and the busted tiles were caulked into place, poorly. Dirty dirty dirty.
Check in took a very long time. The airconditioner in our room was not working.

Breakfast & pool were great. Staff were great. Room was very sparsely furnished. But the bed was very comfortable and there were a lot of tv channels. Everything was clean.
