Walls r too thin

We enjoyed the open-atrium space of the lobby and the pool and jacuzzi area. Love the indoor plants and trees!
Comfy, clean bed.

Clean, nice staff

Staff was nice, floor was dirty, lobby was hot, room smelled like chlorine.

My shoes stuck to the floor in the dining area to the point where my shoes almost were pulled off my feet. The toilet leaked. The entire property had a sickly smell of sewage. The shower head looked like it had been pulled out of the wall and the busted tiles were caulked into place, poorly. Dirty dirty dirty.

Check in took a very long time. The airconditioner in our room was not working.

Breakfast & pool were great. Staff were great. Room was very sparsely furnished. But the bed was very comfortable and there were a lot of tv channels. Everything was clean.

Room was nice a cold! Breakfast was great

Staff not friendly or helpful. Rooms dirty. No daily housekeeping.

The only positive I can say is the used all their money to make the lobby/pool area to look amazing and should have saved some for the rest of the place like the rooms and air conditioning. We had to switch rooms 3 times because the air didn’t work. In the last room the knob for the shower was hard to turn on and the curtain rob was broke and the curtain wouldn’t stay closed. Customer service was terrible and not helpful at all.

Staff were friendly & responsive. Whole place, including rooms were musty smelling. Peeling paint in hallways & felt like we were in a basement in a room behind the main hotel. Good rating on comfort of the beds- my husband & I both slept well which rarely happens. Overall needs some updating & ventilation.

This appears to be a very old hotel. There were some cosmetic problems, like a hole in the closet door, staples on the floor liner and the door security latch was bent. That being said, the hotel staff was very kind, put me in a quiet hallway, the room was very clean, the towels were fluffy and the bed was very comfortable. So, it is an old property, but I had a nice stay.

For a travel softbal werkend this room was exactly what we needed. The pool is in the middle of main lobby. Which makes it a little humid in the lobby but for our needs it worked great!

This hotel clearly use to be a nice moderately priced hotel. However it has not been well maintained. Very visible wear on doors and and paint throughout the property. Our room in particular the AC was not working and when the staff was informed there wasn't anything they could do because every room was full. Also our room felt weirdly empty in one corner where it seems like there should have been a desk or table that just wasn't there. The staff was polite and the breakfast was good and included.
