I'd recommend TownePlace and will stay again. The staff were nice enough and guests were diverse.
Pros:

TownePlace was nice, the pool was clean, the staff not overly friendly but accommodating, the breakfast selection was great.

Cons:

The coffee needs an upgrade in both the room and lobby.

Pros:

The staff was accommodating, warm and friendly

Cons:

The property was being clean or remodeled which has machinery and strong fumes throughout the facility. The bed was hard. No cushion or comfort. The bedding was also belong standard. Didn't feel like " home"

Check your AC!
Pros:

The first two rooms we were given on the first floor had MOLD on the AC vents. In one of the rooms, the AC was on and the musty odor hit us when we walked in. The front desk lady was helpful, but the line was long and the whole thing was very frustrating. Thankfully, our second set of rooms did not have moldy ACs. I know they turned around and gave those first rooms to someone else, and mold is dangerous and can make people very sick. These ACs need to be cleaned and treated! Our second rooms were clean and spacious, although one shower had a baseball-sized hole/crack in the floor of the tub (we didnt care by that point). I really like the layout of the rooms and beds were fine.

Pros:

The room was very nice. It had a mini kitchen. Everything was okay except housekeeping. We checked in on Thursday and are checking out on Sunday morning. Housekeeping did not clean our room. We had to ask for fresh towels on two consecutive days. Housekeeping needs to do better.

Best Bang for Your Buck!
Pros:

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff (especially Shun) was extremely helpful, the bed was very comfortable & the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming! This hotel is located in a great spot; shopping centers and restaurants are within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again :-)

Friendly Staff
Pros:

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean. My last couple of stays I haven’t had the most comfortable bed but I let them know and asked for a different room. Maintenance is always timely if you need them. Some other options for breakfast are needed.
