Highly overpriced.
Pros:

The location is excellent and so are the hotel facilities. The room is large and comfortable.

Cons:

It is not a four star hotel as it is rated in booking. I felt deceived. It is overpriced for what it really is. There isn't an actual restaurant. There is food in the lobby. It is understaffed. Breakfast has very little variety and it is a mess. My impression is that nobody really knows what to do. I wouldn't recommend staying there.

Complete Lack of Customer Service
Pros:

HORRIBLE customer service. I was overcharged for parking by a large amount. I have contacted the hotel multiple times and keep being told someone will call me back. The hotel was nice, except for the toilet paper dispenser was broken. But, not worth the overcharge on my credit card with no care to resolve it.
