The staff members, D’Angelo and Alexis were just fantastic and made my stay perfect

Great experience been a couple of times over the month and Deangelo greeted us and remembered who we were. Answered all of our questions we had and we definitely will be back

Taé was great he made us laugh. Also his playlist was amazing!!

Enjoyed the hight note bar with Jordan!! He helped us bring in my bachelorette celebration!!

Jordan was hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve had! From the moment we sat down, he was welcoming, personable, and made sure we had everything we needed. His drink recommendations were spot on, and every cocktail was made perfectly.

What really stood out was his positive attitude and attention to detail. Even when things got busy, he stayed friendly, efficient, and made everyone feel like a priority. He truly helped make our experience at High Note memorable.

If you’re visiting High Note, do yourself a favor and ask for Jordan, you won’t be disappointed!

From the moment my coworker and I arrived, D'Angelo brought the kind of energy you can't train…warm, hilarious, attentive, and effortlessly welcoming. He made us feel less like guests and more like friends stopping by. Every interaction was genuine, and he somehow anticipated what we needed before we even asked. D'Angelo absolutely delivered - if hospitality had a main character, it would be him! Thank you and will be returning.

I got in late off a flight from California. The front desk rep, D'Angelo, went out of his way to accommodate. He helped me check in, he helped me figure out where to get a late dinner. He helped watch my bag while I quickly walked about a block away for a quick meal. He was a marvelous welcome to this beautiful hotel and beautiful city!

I had to cancel my reservation and I had used the booking .com site ( never use that site) and the young man Deangelo was so kind and so helpful in trying to help me !! He went out of his way to help this old lady !! I look forward to staying here in the fall and this man is a true asset to this hotel

I had an amazing time. DeMarquis was amazing at helping me as we were from out of state. We had some challenges and he helped me navigate and provided excellent service! As a single mother with a small child that was very important to me! My room was great! It was clean and felt very welcoming. It was easy to find the hotel from the interstate. We loved the rooftop restaurant! The atmosphere was very calm and welcoming. The Moxy is connected and had a little more fun and energetic vibe. I preferred the AC, but loved that I had a hotel connected if I wanted to be around that energy. The AC had families and couples. It was a very chill spot. There was no noise.

I had an AMAZING experience with Gardenia at the front desk. I came in after an exhausting flight, and she treated me with so much kindness and respect. She is the sweetest person ever, and I’ve never felt so welcomed by anyone at a hotel. Truly amazing service, and I appreciate her making my stay awesome.

My stay at AC Hotel by Marriott Midtown was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The hotel was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed, and my room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Every part of my stay exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, the amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. I truly enjoyed every moment and appreciated the attention to detail and outstanding customer service. The front desk agent ALEXIS WARE was the most helpful person I’ve ever experienced in my existence of humanity lol like seriously went above in beyond when she didn’t have to

I got a flat tire right before arriving at the hotel and after I’d gotten the spare on and arrived at the hotel, DeAngelo and Larry recommended tire shops to me and gave me advice to be safe with the spare tire! Otherwise they were very helpful with all of my questions about my stay!
