nice parking area, beds were comfy & big, easy check in& out, location was alright, the room itself looked nice tho, big mirror by the sink, the fridge is big & had water bottles, the AC worked great
first thing i saw was a dead cockroach so that wasnt a good start, (had little bugs in the bathtub too), the overall cleanliness wasnt great, towels with stains on them & the bathroom was small & a bit stained too & didnt have a window nor a ventilation device
there was no safe to lock our valuable items
rllyyy pricey for what you get, but i understand that because of coachella the prices were high everywhere
Location and pool area
We had an issue checking into our room (room assigned to us was dirty and beds were not made), once we did get a room the shower did not work and we needed to go back to the front desk. The floors were dirty , the shower once it was working was low pressure and also not clean. No full size mirror either.
The hotel is just fine
First, the bathroom felt outdated. For example, the sink and mirror area were outside the actual bathroom, and while that area looked modern, once you entered where the toilet and shower were, it felt like a different, older room. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and neither were the pillows—just okay. On the positive side, it was quiet, and I enjoyed the multiple pools—those areas were nice—but the pool water seemed a bit dirty and could use more cleaning. Also, what I really didn’t like is that I stayed three nights, and no one came to clean my room at all.
It has pools
I was charged $15 per day service fee for a week long stay, nobody ever cleaned my room, so unexpected charges at the end, dirty pools, old buildings that they are working on adding new ones and ignoring the existing rooms, my key card wouldn't work so they gave me the master key for my room, the coffee Keurig iny room didn't work either and the tub wouldn't drain fast enough to keep up with a regular shower. Overall I would not recommend staying here nor would I stay there again.
I’ve stood here twice in the past. It was a better experience back then than it was this last weekend I was there.
Pool was dirty. Rooms were ok.
Very kind at the front desk
No microwave in the room. And even though we put the notice out to clean our room it wasn’t for two days. I had to ask it to be cleaned. And it was right away.
Room was fine, quite small and dark, only lamps and a bathroom light. Pool facilities where great and hardly anyone there.
No lifts which is a hassle with baggage when you have been travelling. I can down to load up the car the next day and they had been emptying out a soaping cleaning liquid all of the floor which then made carrying luggage more fun.
