Palm 🌴 Springs Oasis getaway
Pros:

Room is beautifully decratdd chic and pool area has so many cabanas for the sunny weather here in palm springs 😎

Loved the ample parking and location has many things do to with shops and restaurants all around.

Anlage fast perfekt. Service hält leider nicht mit.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Man kommt in 10 Minuten in das Zentrum und in ähnlicher Zeit zur Seilbahn auf den Berg. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Die Pools sehr schön. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze.

Cons:

Check-In war chaotisch. Es wurde uns ein Zimmer zugeteilt, wo noch jemand wohnte. Sehr unangenehn und zeitraubend, bis wir ein anderes Zimmer bekamen.
Man musste nach Ankunft eine Liste mit ca 10 Punkten unterschreiben, bekam aber keine Kopie mit.
Trotz Aufforderung wurde unser Zimmer in 3 Tagen nicht gereinigt und nicht mit neuen Handtüchern bestückt.
Keine frischen Handtücher am Pool.
Schade! Dies hat den an sich guten Aufenthalt doch überschattet.

It was a basic, but good enough for this trip.
Pros:

There was a mini fridge in the room.
The pool was cool.

Cons:

The water kept going off and the water coming through the pipes was cloudy.
There were spiders in the room.
The bed was not comfortable.
No restock or daily cleaving of the room . We had to go ask for toilet paper.
No microwave or iron available.
No breakfast was provided and the snack bar with snacks for purchase.
