Best little kept secret Hotel
Pros:

LOVED everything about this place. I always stay here when I come to Palm Springs. Best Bangalore for your buck!!! Hands down!!!

I would definitely stay here again in the future.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with a fresh, modern design. The Palm Springs aesthetic was reflected throughout the property and the rooms. Everything felt stylish and well designed.

Cons:

The air conditioner was quite noisy, especially at night. The location is a bit far from downtown, although it’s convenient for exploring the historic neighborhoods.

Good value for money but be aware of loud A/C
Pros:

Spacious, comfortable room; quiet location close to the tram.

Cons:

The A/C unit was very load, and being a light sleeper only slept 2-3 hours the first night, even using earplugs.
Also, did not get any housekeeping service during my 2 night stay.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The rooms were beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was amazing, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, I booked this hotel by mistake because I was originally looking at a different property, but it turned out to be the best mistake! I am so happy I found this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t have been happier with our experience.

It was an unexpected pleasure.
Pros:

The location was further north than I expected. However, the staff was extremely friendly, great pool, and the cleanliness made me feel comfortable.

Cons:

The most disappointing were the beds, I wish the hotel had better mattresses. However, this is not a complaint. I was extremely surprised at the value. That made up for it. I would def return.

The stay was very nice. I would consider staying there again. At night the pool is lighted and it’s a very quiet atmosph
Pros:

The pool area was very nice. Spacious. Areas to have parties, cabanas, wide area and a jacuzzi. The property was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

There are not enough disabled ramps. We had to park in the front but our room was in the back of the facility. Only one disabled ramp and two or three disabled parking spaces
