Clean, nice pools, very friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Very clean

Cons:

No exhaust fan for bathroom and also the bed frame side post kept moving out and I had to push it back in to the proper position.

Pros:

Good location, close to downtown Palm Springs.A reasonably large swimming pool.

Cons:

The air conditioning was very loud, making it impossible to sleep during our four-day stay. The room was not cleaned and the towels were not replaced during our stay. There was also no kettle in the room — only a coffee machine.

A great deal for price in Palm Springs! I will stay here again.
Pros:

I really enjoyed how there were two spacious pools and plenty of seating!

Staff were super friendly and the people from palm springs are super welcoming!

Cons:

Overall my room was clean, however the bath tub I got would get clogged easily so I had to unclog it during my stay. The bathroom wasn’t updated as well as other rooms I stayed in.
