Room was well appointed and very comfortable. It was also in very nice condition. I liked the style.
the hotel must have a problem with damage to their property from guests. There is a lengthy check in list of specific behaviors that are not allowed and property that you will be responsible for if it is damaged. Unfortunately this is probably necessary on their part due to disrespectful guests.
Location
No microwave ( though I was assured it was in the room), I asked for ground floor and was shown to a ground floor when I asked to see a room prior to checking in, very difficult to reach a live person to talk with
Location, close to Downtown Palm Springs
Exterior of the hotel needs some cleaning up
There is no breakfast. 2 nice restaurants are 3 minuets walk from the hotel.
A shower at the pool area would be nice.
Relaxing
Nothing
Location and staff.
Shower/tub was not operating properly. Lobby furnishings are drab and dated. Very little light with privacy provided.
Nett renoviert
Könnte sauerer im Bad sein
Clean. I’ve been to L3 7 to 8 times but each time has been progressively Unsatisfactory. The front desk staff seems new and inexperienced. You should not put two inexperienced personnel at the front desk as it makes him look incompetent. The answer would be to put one experienced staff member with a new or inexperienced staff member. Upon arrival I asked for an extra luggage rack holder in the room, but they said they were all out none were available, which is ridiculous due to the size of a the compound and rooms available. Completely out??? Unsatisfactory. They didn’t even check with housekeeping.
I am a client that likes to book weeks and in advance, but the last two times I was assigned twice a room facing Palm Canyon Street. The busiest street in Palm Springs the street noise was horrible, disruptive, unpleasant, and loud. Sirens, motorcycle exhibitionist, speeding cars all night. The traffic increases along that route starting at 4 AM in the morning and interrupts your sleep. I don’t understand your assignment of rooms but apparently booking early does not ensure you a quiet and peaceful lodging. To me assignment of rooms seems almost discriminating, and without any forethought or consideration for the client. I visit Palm Springs at least once a month if not more, and I thought I found a hotel I could rely on for thoughtful and peaceful lodging but now I’m terribly disappointed I am not going from spend my money on such undesirable accommodations , I might as well book at Motel 6 downtown.
Molto moderna ben arredata e pulitissima sia la stanza che l'intera struttura a pochi minuti dal centro di palm spring e dal tramway per la montagna. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
Mancava la colazione che potrebbe essere aggiunta
Overall, the stay was really nice. Staff was generally helpful and the room was clean. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool as well. The location was nice as it was only blocks from the main Palm Springs downtown area where there are a lot of shops and restaurants.
The outside of the building wasn't quite as presentable as the inside, just older looking and a few spots in the parking lot needed a little cleaning up. I would have liked a bit better selection of snacks in the lobby area.
No breakfast.
I do not recommend the L3 Oasis Hotel. During our stay from February 17th through February 22nd there were a series of events that you would not expect from a hotel rated four stars.
The first occurred on the day we checked in and no one was there at the registration desk from 3:30 until 5:00 pm. The door to the lobby was locked and there were a number of us waiting to check in. Someone finally found a maintenance person who unlocked the door and then we had to wait in the lobby until someone showed up to check us all in.
The second event occurred when we saw that housekeeping would only come if you notified the front desk requesting that service. The day we asked for the housekeeping service we were told that there were only two housekeepers for the 160 room hotel and that the two would eventually get to our room. When that happened it was late in the afternoon and we were not prepared to leave the room for them to clean. This lack of housekeeping services also meant no replacement for the two coffee pods originally provided. Oh, and by the way, the hotel has no coffee service in the lobby.
The rooms have been updated with new furniture and plantation shutters. However, all the rooms face onto outside corridors and, if you open the shutters, your room is very public to those walking by. Otherwise, with the plantation shutters closed, the rooms are dark with not much interior lighting.
The last event occurred with the $150 deposit that they required be put on your credit card at check in for incidentals. When the deposit was credited back to our account, the amount was $149.96. According to their calculations, we must have spent $0.04 on incidentals.
All the above events that occurred during our stay, taken in totality, points to a hotel challenged by staffing and management issues. I emphasize again I would not recommend this hotel.
