Suited our needs. Was clean and comfortable but bar area was not open during our stay.
Cable on tv wasn’t functional; hotel is from 1960s; facilities need a major overhaul; it didn’t even feel safe; side doors don’t require room cards; hallways dimly lite; it could be great but is far from it
They charged me $340 per night and I was there for two nights. I asked if they had military discounts and they advised they don’t give discounts as they are comparable in prices to other hotels around. Complete lie. After I was there and paid, I looked elsewhere and there were nicer places for half the price. Wow. Just wow. Part of me wants to contest the charges with my credit card company to remove a whole day since they lied.
This is the second time we have stayed here. The staff have been wonderful. We arrived early morning and was able to check in early, instead of later that night after a football game. They are in the process of renovating the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable.
Facilities are in disrepair or dirty. Pool is closed down with no mention at booking. Price paid does not meet expectations of quality of facilities.
WAS A A NICE PLACE
Property is in ownership transition- run down and derelict, almost looked abandoned. Side entrance door was jimmied and unlocked. Halls dirty and in disrepair. Room sink clogged. Very negative experience, especially at the price.
Coffee maker did not work, and no coffee in lobby.
I would never stay in this place again. No amenities, no local tv, no pool, no soap, and the shower was dirty. Place looks like it's about to shut down for good.
Cheaper places are better then this one
Close to the airport. Quick check in. Bar was closed. No elevator which made it hard carrying all our luggage up to the second floor.
This is a run down 60s or 70s hotel that has not been updated since that time. The carpet was disgusting and the room smelled, the tv was cheap and i developed a head ache. There was no way i was going to walk around that room without shoes on. The room was filthy and was worth maybe 25 bucks. The ac was constantly cycling i couldn't wait to get out of that place.
The first room they put us in had blood stains on the comforter. (Didn’t look like they had even washed them) and then a open condom wrapper under the bed. Demanded another room and the comforters were still gross the shower hadn’t been cleaned either. At night there were people shaking the door outside the room (probably homeless people they are everywhere) felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Please don’t waste your money here.
The hotel is very dirty both on the inside as is the outside. When we pulled up to the lobby there were a few guys outside smoking right in front of the door that just gave a person that uneasy feeling.
We booked the room for three adults as our son was with us.
When we got inside the room we tried to find some extra bedding which there was none. So I went back down to the front desk and asked for just an extra blanket. She said there were none available. I asked really, not one extra blanket? She just gave me that look and shrugged her shoulders.
In the morning we went down for breakfast, which they don’t offer. But they say there is a restaurant so we asked where it was. Well that is no longer open.
So for the price point this place is at I would say run away and find a better place to spend the night at. For almost $250 for one night I am shocked.
The entrance inside was nothing like the picture on hotels.com .. they had no decaf coffee or breakfast. There was a homeless tents and cars with a couple of blocks and the entrance of the hotel is dumpy.
very quiet and comfortable rooms for an older hotel
Our experience did not live up to expectations. Information on the motel's website was vastly misleading. We couldn't stay another night and had to cancel our future reservation. Will never go back.
I specifically booked this hotel because of the nice rooms, pool and breakfast. Come to find out arriving to the property that their pool is drained. There’s no breakfast in the hotel, and half of it is not even usable. I would have liked to know this before bringing my kids all the way from Gillette, Wyoming to Bozeman, Montana for soccer. The room rate did not match what we got. Go somewhere else if you have kids. The lesson I learned here is to always call first.
Front desk staff person was excellent. Exterior of property looked abandoned. Trash everywhere with high weeds. Unkept. Lobby was in overall average/good. Room was dated but doable. Location was easy and blocks from most shopping and interstate access.
Construction going on. Paint drying and masking tape outside room for all days. (Pro tip, pull masking tape before the paint fully drys). small holes in walls in hallways. Sink clogged and no maintenance staff to fix it. Fan on bathroom not working,
Cleaning staff very good and helpful. room clean, beds made perfect, etc.
Restaurant and bar at hotel next door very good (hint).
