Frequento o Hotel a mais de 15 anos, gosto pelo bom atendimento. Localização, quartos confortáveis. Bom café d manhã.

Apesar da limpeza boa por "onde o padre anda" todos os cantos estão um pouco encardidos, falta orientação ao pessoal da limpeza .
Tv é uma vergonha 6 dúzias de canais sem expressões e muito ruim as imagens

Pros:

A localização é ótima. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. E o quarto estava muito limpo e organizado, além de ser espaçoso.

Cons:

Achei a limpeza da piscina térmica precária, a borda estava toda cheia de limo. Também as louças, as jarras onde estavam a água e o suco estavam mal lavadas.

Pros:

Os funcionários e a localização são ótimos. O hotel está bem deteriorado e parece um pouco sujo. Acho que valeria à pena investir numa boa reforma pois já têm o essencial uma equipe ótima.
