Nous avons été surpris et déçus de l’hôtel Héritage à Split trouvé par booking. L’immeuble est vétuste, pas de petit déjeuner en salle, le rapport qualité prix est loin de nos attentes : 375 € par nuit pour ce niveau de prestation c’est du jamais vu. Nous commençons vraiment à être déçu par booking car cela s’ajoute à notre réservation du mois de mars à Athènes où le niveau de l’hôtel était déjà très moyen.
Par ailleurs contrairement aux informations que vous nous donniez nous vous précisons que notre séjour n’a absolument pas été annulé et que nous avons bien séjourné à notre grand regret à l’hôtel HÉRITAGE. L’hôtel HÉRITAGE nous a indiqué qu’il ne se faisait jamais régler par l’intermédiaire de Booking et nous a encaissé directement en débitant notre carte bancaire. Nous ne comprenons donc pas pourquoi vous nous indiquiez séjour annulé ?

L emplacement et le style de l hôtel avec ses colombages.
Les produits de toilette Nuxe sont de qualité.

Cons:

Le personnel a fait beaucoup de bruit dans le couloir en vérifiant la chambre en face, la vérification se faisait à voix trew haute et j ai dû intervenir et demander de parler moins fort. Je n ai pas apprécié le lavabo en résine pour un 4 étoiles...le balcon n est pas assez soigné, de l herbe pousse entre les pierres de parement.
