Bed was comfy, lobby was clean

Cons:

Special request not met nor even considered all because that hallway is closed off. (Asked to be on 1st floor was put on 3rd not a crazy request)

Our room wasn’t clean, they had construction working through the night and kept us awake, the pool wasn’t available even though the website said it was, couldn’t buy water or anything… said their machine wasn’t working but they could take our card for the room, breakfast was a joke… and it was very dirty. I really feel like we should get a refund. Worst place I have stayed

It was an uncomfortable stay

Cons:

The property was partially under construction, there was a water stench throughout the building gnats and roaches in the rooms. The carpet floors were sticky in one of my rooms in addition to the appearance of a water leak by the bed and mold in the bathroom.

Cons:

Room never got cleaned and asked to change rooms 3x. The first one the hot water didn’t work. We changed rooms and then we were told to change again. Room never got cleaned and we had to ask for towels everyday. I wouldn’t stay there again!

Pros:

It is a very nice hotel but needs a good maintenance. Light in the bathroom did not work, I book the hotel for the pool when we got there with all the kids they notified us that pool was not working. Tried to cancel it was told I could but did not know if booking.com was going to give me the money back. Tried to contact them could not get a phone number or way to contact them.

Cons:

The pictures must have been taken decades ago, in its prime. We stood at the front desk for 20 minutes before anyone came to check us in. The room was filthy (stains on the sheets and floor, press-on nails on the floor in the bathroom, dirty toilet & sink), there were people screaming and fighting in the hallways & someone tried to come in our room. There were sheets blocking off hallways and the pool was out of order for "emergency maintenance" but the sign had obviously been there for a while. We did not feel safe and checked out about 15 minutes after we arrived.

EVERYTHING!!! This hotel is absolutely DISGUSTING! The outside had broken glass in the parking lot, there were drug addicts strung out around the building. People walking around with handguns. I did not feel safe at all and ended up leaving because there was no way I was going to have myself or my kids and grandkid stay in such an awful place

Cons:

Shower was cold and not much of a selection for breakfast. Should have scrambled eggs, bacon instead of boiled eggs. Tables weren't cleaned off, had to clean own table. Just wasn't satisfied at this place.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. From the moment I walked in, the entire property felt neglected and poorly maintained.
There was a persistent, overwhelming smell of weed mixed with cigarette smoke throughout the building, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unclean.

The front desk staff was unprofessional and unaccommodating. When I asked for an extra towel, I was told they do not provide room service, and on top of that, I was warned that I would be charged if any towels had stains. The way this was communicated felt rude and unnecessary, especially for a paying guest.

The room itself was far from acceptable. It was visibly dusty, and it did not appear to have been properly cleaned before my arrival. Surfaces looked like they had not been wiped down, which raised concerns about overall hygiene.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the amenities, specifically the pool. However, upon arrival, I found out it was “under maintenance.” This was never disclosed during check-in or booking, which felt misleading and frustrating.

Breakfast was another major letdown. The options were extremely limited, with little variety and low quality overall. It did not feel worth waking up for.
For the price I paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness, transparency, and decent customer service.

Unfortunately, this hotel failed on all fronts. Between the unpleasant odor, rude staff, poor room conditions, unavailable amenities, and lackluster breakfast, the experience was not worth the money.
I would absolutely not stay here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs.
