Pros:

Close to where I had appointment

Cons:

Had to use side door to go to front desk. I’m disabled and their idea of handicap is having grab bars in the shower and I had to climb in the tub instead of having walk in shower. Breakfast choices were absolutely ridiculous.

I wanted to cancel my reservation appointment arrival and he already turned around and charged me then he was yelling at me I could barely understand him he spoke with a strong Indian accent the room smelled like bug spray and mold

Wyndham is going down hill
Pros:

Terrible hotel!! Old and run down the breakfast is gross .. the water did not work half the time I was there & the other half it wouldn't even get hot.
They'll find any reason to take ur deposit.. worst hotel I've been to in yrs.
It's a shame it's apart of the Wyndham chain.

Cons:

The fact that I asked for new sets of sheets. When I took the sheets off there were giant urine stains on the mattress cover. Took it to the front desk and they told me that they didn't have any other covers or blankets so they gave me 4 sheets to cover up myself and two small grandbabies. And threatened to call the cops on me because I got loud and extremely upset

My laptop was left in my room. No one from front desk is answering the phone. There was no hot water. And they knew about this for days and never called to let any guest know. They gave me $5 credit, that all. Honestly disgusting behavior, and the experience was terrible

Two of the 6 nights did not have hot water at all. It was a known problem apparently through the staff that the hotel didn't have hot water must have been something with the pipes then the pool that is advertised was closed due to maintenance that was not disclosed up front. Then the breakfast was abysmal used to have scrambled eggs sausage and the works now it's down to a hard boiled egg and cereal. I've stayed here plenty of times in the past and quite frankly if it's down to this doubt that I'd come back

A pipe burst/the hotel had no hot water and I attempted to reach out to booking.com as well as the hotel property for a refund. I never heard back from either so we did not stay and didnt get refunded anything.

Pros:

The lighting in the parking lot.

Cons:

Everything. Customers service, no pool/hot tub, smell of marajuana, accommodations for handicapped, cooperation with staff, phone didn’t work, no house keeping, bar not open, staff lied about everything after getting my money.

The bathroom was dirty . There was long black hair on the floor. There was stuff on carpet. Couldn't shower before leaving because water was ice cold.
