I was able to get a reservation in Omaha during CWS

Cons:

Cleanliness, the room smelled, tub was dirty. Front doors didn't work right. Language barrier with the guy checking us in. The entry, smelled bad, saw fans. Saw animal traps in hall way, listed "free". Ice machine was dirty. Not a good selection for breakfast. Some of the lighting in the room didn't work. Carpet looked very dirty.

We were extremely disappointed in our stay and would not rebook or recommend to others.
Pros:

The location was good for where our events were.

Cons:

We didn’t have hot water the entire stay- we told the staff and they told us to run it for 15 minutes. Over the 2 days we were there we ran it 90 minutes and it never got even lukewarm. Neither of us were able to shower and I couldn’t wash my breast pump. There was mold in the bathroom, and red sticky spots all over the curtains in the main room. Our carpet was sticky and gross as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Our door barely shut; we had to push and lift to get it to latch. Our tv also only got 7 channels. You also aren’t allowed to take your breakfast to your room- totally lame.

For what we needed, it fit well. The staff was very friendly. It’s just a very big hotel and probably difficult to keep
Pros:

The lobby was beautiful and the front desk staff were very helpful. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There were a lot of rooms that seemed like they needed basic attention like holes in the wall covered by mismatched wallpaper or dirty floors in the bathroom. The tub had cracks in it and didn’t drain.

DO NOT waste your time or money in this absolute ghetto of a hotel!!!!!
Pros:

Not good, ended up going out for breakfast.

Cons:

There obviously had been some flooding here. Fans and heaters were running 24/7, rooms smelled sour and like mildew. Mold was growing on the bathroom ceiling, our feet stuck to the floor, carpet had water damage and staining. House keeping was non existent, breakfast left little to be desired. Cops showed up 3 different times during our stay. Just don't stay here!
