Awful , I want my money back for the two nights I didn’t stay and already paid for
Pros:

I didn’t like the property at all , checked out two days early because my work relocated me and then can’t get anyone on the phone from customer service

Cons:

Exterior doors didn’t lock, had to unplug refrigerator or microwave to plug in coffee pot, bath towels were the size of hand towels , no effort from the staff to even attempt to clean the room . No attempt to refund my two nights after I checked out

Price wasn’t too bad

Cons:

How bad it smelled. Upon 1st room check-in could tell room wasn’t cleaned right or someone was in room. Tv was still on…fresh ice in bucket and trash was still in trash can. Also it smelled horrible on 2nd floor. Ended up getting another room on 1st floor but they had construction and kept getting lost and confused on how to exit or get back to room. It was really a mess there! I will not be back.

Cons:

They didn't have the room, I booked so I was offered another room. I don't know if they even looked at, or cleaned this room because there was no toilet seat, the tub was dirty, and some things were broken in the room. When I reported the toilet seat to the front desk, all that was said was "we don't have a toilet seat to give". It was the worst experience I ever had at a hotel.

Cons:

Room was dirty. Stuff under the bed, used soap in the shower, fleas flying around, mold in the shower, stains in the floor. Pool not working! Staff yelled at my son then apologized the next day. Wanted my money back but .decided to just walk away from a bad experience l.

Didn't have bed bugs and the bed was cloud soft.

Cons:

Wall by AC unit was damaged, first floor smelt of sewage, first floor rooms could only be accessed by exterior entrance which blocked main elevators from being used by other guests so we had to use the service elevators which where missing light panels, hallways smelt way over sprayed with freshener, pool was down and hotel was under construction without any warning or notice.

This place was horrible. I'm still waiting for my refund, and the hotel refuses to respond. The woman who was working the front desk hung up on me when I asked her to check the status of my refund. We checked in and were there no longer than 5 minutes before we checked out. The hotel has homeless people and people fighting in the parking lot, the rotating door had a very loud squeek everytime it moved, we waited in line to check in for over 30 minutes when there was only 2 people in front of me, the room was on the 5th floor all the way at the end with only one working elevator. The entire hotel had a very strong odor of weed and ammonia. Once we got into the room the carpet was horribly stained with what looked like blood, not vacuumed at all, the surfaces of the tables were sticky and gross, the bathroom had no towels, the toilet paper had hair on it as well as the bathtub was full of hair and there was mold where the caulking was on the tub.
Do not waste your money staying here!

Worst hotel in the Midwest.
Pros:

This was the single worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in a lot of hotels. It smelled like dirty laundry in the room. All the time I played nice and did not tell management. Because when I met the owner, the owner or the head manager smelt worse than all the rooms combined literally smelled like a dirty diaper deposit. I am not exaggerating. I would imagine someone who works in hospitality and customer service to take better care of their hygiene. But that was not the case. And also, the hygiene status of the rooms was discussing their communication is. Terrible they do not make things clear about the booking the. Reservation? And the continental breakfast was a huge why they submitted photos that were not accurate of the room or of the amenities easily a one star review.If I could give zero star stars, I would

It was overall terrible management. Doesn't have a clue how to conduct customer service. They're extremely rude. They don't care about clients, get them in, get them out, mentality horribly, understaffed it's very clear that the rooms are not being cleaned. Properly, or if at all, when somebody checks out my room actually had a lot of trash already in it. When I checked in, but being a nice Midwestern person, I didn't say anything right away and just dealt with it. Do you not stay here ever? They may even have bug mightes. I don't know if they had bug mightes or bedbugs, but and it would be a possibility, i'm going to shower and heavily clean myself falling that stay absolutely disgusting
