I did love my stay just wish breakfast could be until 10 am

Will never book at a Wyndham again. No Hot water for 2 days and dirty

It was a good location, only positive thing about it

Cons:

There was NO hot water, or even warm water and no one seems to have a solution or discount to rectify the problem. We had 7 people in our groups between 2 rooms and couldn’t properly shower. I paid for a hotel, not a cabin! The whole place is humid inside. We had to switch rooms because the first room smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast is unimpressive.

It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Pros:

This hotel was close the mall and other attractions.
Also, the manager made an attempt to correct some of the problems.

Cons:

The worst thing was no running water in the hotel. The next was the filthy, smelly floors. The other bad thing was that I was initially put in very dirty room with no hot water. Finally, the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. Also, I didn't receive the refund amount that I was promised.

It was awful, no hot water the whole stay and kept getting lied to.

We had no hot water and we would call and they said 20 more minutes, 40 minutes pass no hot water still. We call again and they say give us 30 more minutes. This just kept going on and on, to the point where the front desk hung up on us over the phone. We would go talk in person too and then the manager finally told us we can get a room in 20 minutes that had hot water. An hour goes by and we called the front desk and they said we could wait another 30 minutes. Well we never got hot water. Before even arriving to the hotel we were never told before hand that there was no hot water. Hotel was very dirty and smelt like straight weed. Breakfast was horrible, very small area to get food, basically stepping on other people’s feet just to grab a plate. Will never again book here. It was horrible and we have 4 kids under the age of 6 and they even knew it was bad!

Nice room. Decent breakfast

Cons:

Room wasn't ready at checkin. 5pm not 3. Indoor pool didn't open til 9am. Normally not a problem but their workout room is next to the pool. I wanted to use workout room early morning. No access because pool was closed

1 star. This place was bad!!

Decent location

Cons:

Room was not clean. Used Qtips under sink. Fitness center was terrible. Missing dumbbells broken cable machine broken treadmills. Breakfast was a joke! Lobby smelled like mildew.

I wouldn’t stay here again because of the mgmt!
Pros:

All the tables were dirty and the breakfast area was FILTHY as well as out of most of the food items were gone with 45 minutes still left in the breakfast time window!

Cons:

The mgmt is horrible and rude and liars!!!! Especially AJ who said he was the mgr of which I’m not even sure if that’s true! I didn’t take my phone with me to breakfast so I don’t have any pictures of the breakfast situation.
