Pros:

Right by Methodist hospital. My mom was having heart surgery so it was in a good location.The residents of the hotel made it an interesting stay. Really it was so bad all we could was laugh.

Cons:

$264 for 4 nights. Great. Right by the hospital and free parking. Also great. Website looks good, nice pool, nice breakfast. Even better. WRONG!
Getting to the hospital is a nightmare of crazy traffic and weird round abouts.
We had 0 wifi our entire stay. The staff only shrugged their shoulders and said IT was working on it. My husband even brought his laptop down to the front desk for them to log onto their wifi. Front desk got it to connect, until we got to our room on the second floor and then it went back to no wifi.
Website shows a nice indoor pool. The sign at the front desk says "pool closed for emergency maintenance" according to the residents there, the pool hasn't been usable in over a year.
Second day, we had no hot water. Third day it was luke warm. Third day no hit water. Fourth day hot water early in the morning. Front desk blamed it on all the construction workers that stay there taking showers in the morning to get ready for work.
Inbetween elevators and the ice machine, there was an area "under construction" No walls, no carpet, just white sheets covering up bare plumbing. Second day I heard dripping from that area and told the front desk. They said they would check it out. Came back 30 minutes later and asked him if they found the leak yet. He was just sitting playing on his phone the whole time we were outside, but when asked about it, he jumped up and got in front of us to check it out. By then the water was streaming into the hallway.
Third morning we walked through that area, still heard leaking but this time it also smelled. A quick peek behind the sheet showed a sewer pipe exposed and leaking. Reported to the front desk and when we came back they were hanging more sheets to hide the area and blocked it off, which made navigating the elevators a nightmare.
Don't even bother with the breakfast. Stale toast and cereal with burnt coffee.
Lesson learned, you get what you pay for.

Cons:

The shower was cold and never got warm the shower curtain did not stay in place because the rods were bent. There was a smell of people smoking on the 5th floor. The TV took forever to find something to watch.

It had a bed, expect nothing else.
Pros:

Pool was big. Few other guest to get in your way.

Cons:

They sent me to three total rooms as the first one had garbage piled high even on furniture and the second one was not cleans. Also, who puts two towels in a room that was booked for 4 people.
