Good sized quality rooms with welcoming staff
Pros:

Excellent bar and food area and staff. Outstanding breakfast food, staff and overall setup. Coffee place and staff also first rate. Housekeeping friendly and helpful. Front desk welcoming and very helpful with everything. Laundry machines had credit card usage added.

Cons:

Cleaning corridor floors leading to guest rooms. No laundry detergent and tumble dryer inserts available for purchase.

One of the best!
Pros:

For the past 20 years, I come to the area at least annually and this hotel was one of the best we have ever stayed at.

Service was excellent! Everyone was so nice and we got our room cleaned without even asking. Hotels have cut down on housekeeping and it was so nice to come back to a clean room.

The pool and gym were very clean. Kids loved that the pool was heated because that is not common.

We are definitely going to come back. Location is great and having a pleasant stay is important.

Property is a good location close to everything

Cons:

Front desk staff are rude, I am a diamond member and was stuck in a handicap room no extra blankets no closet no pillows fridge was off wall paper peeling under bed had garbage under it fan didn’t work in ac unit an it rattled I asked for upgrade to my room as I had kids with me and was told no but I could see it was available

Food for thought
Pros:

Comfy room, staff very polite and willing to help. I used the pull out bed and surprisingly comfortable.

Cons:

No coffee options before 7am in the lobby. Shared my room with the kids and I'm an early riser, making coffee in the room isn't an option if you want to kids to sleep. I could have moved the coffee maker to the bathroom, but conveniently a McDonald's next door.
