The beds were so hard and uncomfortable I had to spend $120 on a mattress topper that I could not take back with me—and I still wasn't able to sleep. I don't care how nice your facilities are. At the end of the day, a hotel has one job: Provide a place to sleep. Hilton continues to fail at this. Across the brands they have co-opted, their beds have become impossible to sleep in.
I continue to look for hotels not bought out by Hilton.
It was close to why I was there. I heard no noises during the night. The room had a fridge, clock, phone and CF machine.
The TV would not come on. I called the desk and told them and then left to why I was there. When I came back the TV was on but then when I went to turn it off, the TV went off but came back on with a weird screen. I hit the off button 3-4 times and it did the same thing. I unplugged the TV. The next morning, I tried to turn the TV back on but nothing again. The desk said maintenance came in at 8am but by then I was going to be gone. Also the cleaning lady did not obvious clean the tub as the previous person in the shower was a lady as a strain of hair was there.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of parking and the hotel was easy to get to, We used uber to get around in Madison the location was good but I don't think I would stay again.
I have one complaint. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby, They had a Starbucks in the lobby but as we all know even a simple brewed cup is very expensive. It seems like such a small thing and I was very disappointed that I had to go back up to my room to get my credit card for a simple black coffee. It is a cash free hotel so the money I always have with me did not help,
I think a 24 hr coffee station would make a significant upgrade, the Starbucks does not open till 7:00 am, I along with many other of your guests were up looking for coffee at 6:00am some earlier, actually had to leave the hotel to get a decent cup…. I know you have coffee machines in each room, but, have you tried your in room coffee? Tastes like dirty dishwater!!!! You can do better here!

Airco in the room was way to noisy to sleep. Breakfast was not a winner with cold eggs and cold hashbrowns. The waiter was not the friendliest.
The bathroom was nice. The bed was comfortable.
The room smelled like pee. There were alot of shady characters outside in the parking lot. Definitely not worth $300.
No chocolate chip cookie.. we asked thrice in the morning afternoon and evening..

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was supposed to start at 4 p.m., but I arrived early at around 2:30 p.m. and they kindly gave me a room right away. The room had everything I needed, and the breakfast was also very good.

Our room smelled like cat pee or cat litter. They sprayed Febreeze to try and mask it...epic fail.
Way overpaid through your site...never again.
