Appalled. Horrible, can’t believe this website supported booking there.

Building was under construction. Smelled of wet paint. Door key cards didn’t work. Staff member showered and slept in our room while we were out. Elevator almost broke trapping my husband and my son. Breakfast was a bag with mini muffin and water

It was overall a great, clean, and affordable place to stay
Pros:

When you see the hotel, it kinda looks a bit sketchy from the outside because it's not fancy, but in lobby, exterior and the room was immaculate! The staff was helpful, and friendly. I only needed to rest for the night while traveling. It is surrounded by many great restaurants and shopping. Great location!

Maybe more lighting outside, and landscape to add some colors or something.
