Quiet hotel. Creepy casino.
Pros:

The hotel was quiet and clean. However the front desk person when we arrived was a little gruff. When my friend and I were having an issue with one of our cards and then needed to use a different card she said " you all need to figure it out". Which I thought was rude. The casino is an abomination. Bikers, ruffians, and low lifes abound. Every time I went into the casino, everyone turned around to look at me like I was in their place. I just didn't engage in any conversations. Also the first night I went in, a prostitute solicited me.

Horrible Place to stay, spend a little more and go somewhere else
Pros:

We were working a festival and worked from 7:30am till 9:00Pm everyday that we were there. The first night we realized that the door did not lock, when we went down the next morning, I advised the desk clerk to ask maintenance to check the lock, I also stated that the hot water would go in and out and we wound up taking cold showers. She said she would advise maintenance. When we came back, after 10pm, nothing had changed. So the next morning I advised again, the desk clerk said she would call me with an update, never got the call. When we got back to the hotel. it still was not fixed. Advised the next morning, and was told they would ask maintenance again. Came back and still nothing, So at this point we are taking cold showers and sleeping in a room that does not actually lock, just has the little bar you slide.
Keep in mind, that every night, I would fear that my car was going to be broken into as this hotel is in the slums. there are homeless people everywhere, inside and out. People living in the parking lot in their cars. Security doing nothing sitting at the security stand. Our last 2 nights, we had people screaming in the halls, kids running up and down the halls at 3 am in the morning. When I called the desk, they said they would send the security person to verify, her exact words.

I have never stayed in a hotel this bad, and I will never stay at this line of hotels ever again, because when we requested to have some kind of compensation back, we were lied to, then told that we were offered a refund when we were never told we could check out and get all of our money back to go somewhere else, and then when we called to talk to the manager, she ignored us for 3 days.
If I had known how rundown, homeless issues, and possibly read the reviews, I would never have booked here, but I banked on the Ramada name and reputation. Which I must have remembered wrong. I have stayed at the Ramada before but will never AGAIN . Your manager is rude and needs to go to customer Service training. Her name was Mina Villalobos. No customer service skills and she lies to customers.
The Parking lot and hallways of this hotel smell like urine and there is garbage everywhere

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. It smells horrible. It is located on a ghetto area i did not feel safe he
Pros:

I did not like anything about this hotel.

Cons:

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. It smells horrible. It is located on a ghetto area i did not feel safe here. There was homeless people outside. Everything there was not clean starting from the entrance to the hallways, rooms, elevators, hallways. Everything there is outdated and old. When i walked in my room it looked like it was never cleaned there were hairs and urine on the seat of the toilet and hairs on the shower. We booked there for two nights but we ended up loosing our money for one day because we could not stand being there one more day instead we decided to book another day and night in a different hotel. So please do your self a favor and don’t book here.
