Room was disgusting, carpet totally stained from previous animals and smelled like a kennel.

WiFi was unavailable in the room during the whole duration of my stay, I reported it and was left unresolved. Also the deposit hasn't been refunded yet.

Nothing, it was a horrible place to stay. Sketchie neighborhood. Stained and wrinkled carpet. Stained couch. Run down bathroom. Very creepy and scary. Would never recommend.

Nothing !!!! We showed up and they couldn't find our reservation and insted of being helpful they told us to step a side to call you guys to figure it out ,unable to get a hold of you we left after traveling 4 hours .
Reno was completely booked. I had reserved a king room via phone. When I arrived an hour later they had given my room away. I had already paid and had a confirmation number. The two gals working that night were so kind. They apologized and said they had no vacancy. Then one gal said, “give them the Elvis suite!” That is what they did. No additional charge, just a key to the 14th floor. The hotel is dated, about 20 years or so. No coffee bar or breakfast before 7 am. The gals at the desk at night are so kind. The gal at the desk in the morning is not kind at all.
They have no night staff. Toilets plugged, no extra blankets and they won't answer your call. Worst place I have ever stayed and I have traveled the world.

Lit penchant dans les deux sens, réveil inopérant, il faut demander pour faire la chambre. Petit déjeuner, café et muffin et c est tout. Quartier pas très recommandable, sdf.
