Las camas demasiado pequeñas el cuarto no tenía refrigerador ni microondas la luz del baño no funciona se apagaba fuimos a recepción como 5 veces a decir nunca la arreglaron el internet nunca funcionó me dieron un número de teléfono para que llamará que lo areglaran nunca contestaron la habitación los de la limpieza nunca llegaron ni a dejarnos tuallas limpias pésimos hotel

I will not recommend this place!
Pros:

Disgusting , not safe, checked out immediately, garbage outside, homeless begging, we were watched in the parking lot, I will never go back!

What a disappointment! Just barely clean. They would only change your sheets/towels every 3 days BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Advertised as having bar/restaurant - both have been closed for some time. Homeless all around the property

Salir de ahi!

Cons:

Mal trato al cliente en front desk, sangre, semen y quien sabe que mas en la habitacion. Lugar muy peligroso, personas de la calle por todos lados, olor a cigarro fuertisimo, edificio totalmente sin lucez por fuera, muy oscuro! Etc.
Mentiras de booking respecto a los pagos, ponen opcion pagar cash en el lugar, y resulta que igual te piden tu tarjeta y te realizan el cobro "diciendo" que te reembolsaran una vez pagando en el lugar y resulta que el lugar no acepta pagos en cash! Llamamos a ustedes inmediatamente ese dia, esperamos 40min minimo, dos veces, las dos veces nos contenta una mujer y en las dos veces segun ella, habia "mala senal" no escucha bien, llamenos en otro momento etc etc. Fue muy frustrante!. Mala senal??? Si estabamos en lugar centrico! (Reno NV)...😤😠😡
