I didn’t like anything about the property. It had no redeeming qualities.
The room was cold and had threadbare bedding and curtains. It smelled horribly and was not cleaned during my stay.

La comodidad
I want to start by acknowledging General Manager Adalberto Flores. In a previous matter during my stay, he handled an issue professionally and ensured a refund was processed. His leadership and communication were appreciated.
However, a separate incident involving Front Office Manager Mina Villalobos was extremely concerning.
Due to an internal hotel error, another guest mistakenly provided my room number during checkout. Without properly verifying identity, the hotel processed my room as checked out and refunded the remaining seven days of my prepaid stay (approximately $2,000).
I had not checked out.
Shortly after, I received a call instructing me to vacate the room immediately.
When I went to the front desk and explained that:
• I had not checked out
• I still had seven days remaining
• The refund had just been processed and would take several business days to return to my account
I expected the situation to be calmly corrected.
Instead, I was told that if I did not pay again immediately, I would have to leave. Security was called, and I was pressured to vacate the property — despite having prepaid my full stay.
What was most disappointing was not the mistake itself, but the complete lack of acknowledgment or resolution effort. There was no apology, no temporary adjustment while the refund processed, and no attempt to de-escalate a situation caused entirely by an internal verification error.
As a prepaid guest, being placed in that position was stressful and avoidable.
Mistakes happen in hospitality. The response to those mistakes defines management standards.
I sincerely hope this incident is reviewed internally so that proper identity verification and guest resolution protocols are reinforced.
Again, I appreciate Mr. Flores’ professionalism. I hope that level of leadership becomes consistent across all management levels.

La limpieza es deficiente, la zona es muy peligrosa esta llena de personas en la calle y suciedad. La habitación era muy sucia y no tiene mantenimiento. Habían pelos en el baño y una media. Las toallas sucias. Y mejor ni hablar de las alfombras

Staff was rude and hotel was very dirty
We like the bathroom, the hot water, and the water pressure was super.
Although it was a non-smoking room, it definitely had a residual smell of cigarette smoke.
