Cons:

Not very sound proof. People coming and going all hours, slamming doors. Also, you hear the water pipes as people use the bathroom. Flushing toilets, showers. We were on the third floor and above us you can hear people moving around. Good price but I'd rather pay more for better privacy.

Offer better WiFi service
Pros:

Couldn’t connect anything to WiFi besides phone. Have stayed at Holiday Inns before and many other hotels. And always connect anything I wanted no issues and no PAID WiFi. Terrible service for WiFi.

Definitely Stay Here
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the pillows! I also loved the coffee machine so in the early morning I could have coffee in bed - bonus that the coffee was delicious. The room was cleaned and restocked for the following night and the vending machines and restaurant was convenient. My husband enjoyed the lounge/bar in the evening. I also loved the DOVE soaps provided. My favorite brand and scent. Those little things make a big difference at a hotel. I also loved the coffee in the lobby! I would absolutely stay again.

Cons:

I honestly liked everything. If I could change one thing, I wish our bathroom was a tad bigger. That was very minor though.
