Right off of 95 yet quiet. Room had been recently updated and it was spotless. Came in very late at night and the gentleman behind the front desk sensed our fatigue and was quick to check us in. Very pleasant host! In the morning the new staff was at desk and he was also a friendly genuinely happy guy. Bed was super comfortable and we slept soundly. Would be back again if in the area.
We see that there is remodeling going on and understand ifs tough to keep common areas in the lobby clean. Elevator had some broken tiles on the floor and protective blankets on the walls. Assuming elevator will be spruced up after construction completed.
Room was clean, well decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - much better than I would expect for this class of hotel. Staff was efficient. Walkable to downtown restaurants, etc.
Bathroom was a bit too small. Two people can't be there at the same time. Would have preferred the bedroom to be a little smaller and the bathroom a little larger.
Good spacious room with good facilities.
Breakfast was a bit shambolic, the only waitress appeared to be overwhelmed.

Réservation faite avec petit déjeuner compris sur booking => pas de petit déjeuner compris finalement. L'hôtel dit que c'est une erreur de booking et aucun retour de booking suite à réclamation. 45 minutes pour avoir le premier petit déjeuner à payer en plus.
Impossible d'obtenir une facture nécessaire pour me faire rembourser par ma société. L'hôtel dit qu'il ne peut pas car paiement fait par booking et booking dit que seul L'hôtel peut fournir une facture !

Parking area
The coupon for 2 persons for breakfast but you can get only 1 glass for juice. The second glass you have to pay. You also have to pay separately for coffee and tea plus taxes. The elevator was so old and slow. When we checked out on Monday June 01, at around 10.00am the electricity in the elevator was out so we have to walk down by stairs from the third floor without notice. When I asked the reception he said we have a maintenance just like that.
Taking a shower the tub filled up with 3 inches of water. No free breakfast

Won't return till they higher a better staff. Late night front desk employee was an extremely rude woman. Hotel is not a 3-star hotel anymore & shouldn't be charging full price during the renovations because its a mess in there.

My wife and I had a late checkout (1pm). At about 9am, the cleaning crew arrived. They parked their carts in front of our door and proceeded to talk out loud. I opened the door and looked at them thinking that maybe they would start doing their job and move to the end of the aisle. But no, they looked at me and continued to talk up a storm! I got dressed and went downstairs to talk to the manager. I told him that we had a late checkout and he confirmed it. At that point, my wife showed up and told me that the cleaning lady told her that she did not know that we had a late checkout! We went back to the room, and they proceeded to keep chatting. My wife and I washed up, got dressed, and we were out of there by 12pm. Very disappointed! No apologies from anyone. Miss communication with the night shift and the cleaning crew on the day shift.
Location and breakfast. Quiet for such a busy area.
1 desk staff person. Spoke quickly and hard to understand. We did not have our room cleaned after the 1st night and he didnt want to give us water for coffee the next morning unless we paid for it!
