Location, bar food wasn’t bad.

Cons:

There were ants in the bathroom and the Kay card reader on the door was broken. I was locked out of my room over an hour before the maintenance man made it to my room to fix it. I had a long day and didn’t get in my room until after 10 pm.

I booked online and when I arrived I was told my reservation was canceled! I drove over 4 hours to get here that was not the news I wanted to here. I was turned away with them saying there were no more rooms even though I had a confirmation number.

I wish I would’ve stayed somewhere else. I wish I could’ve got my money back. I have been traveling

I was able to get checked in my TV worked. The room was cool. There was hot water in the shower.

Cons:

There was a flea in my bed. There was a spider in my bed. The coffee maker was dusty the room accessories were rusted like lamps that needed to be replaced like they’ve been there forever in the hotel in general was just not up to par when I went down to the café they had a large outside blowing fan to keep the bar area cool. Then for breakfast, the food made me sick and when I walked in, the lady was reading a Harry Potter book.

My experience
Pros:

The lobby is beautiful!

Cons:

I didn't like the elevator 😕 had a smell wasn't clean! My room the tv didn't work had to call front desk to send maintenance, the bathroom wasn't clean and the shower pad was dirty and hair in bathtub, the carpet is old and needs to be cleaned. The rooms couldn't have been cleaned better and need upgrade per carpet.

We had a brown bug and ants in our first room. The ants got on our bags, on one of us, and in our bed. We were switched to another room and it had a big brown bug in it also.

No coffee pot or refrigerator in the room as advertised. Breakfast was included when booked, however, paperwork in the restaurant didn't show I had paid, so had to pay there and contact the General Manager for a refund later.

The Holiday Inn Name Did Not Live Up to the Expectation

Right off the interstate and not far from the airport.

Cons:

Everything else. The bed was terrible. The lights were terrible. The carpet had bad stains. The bathroom had hair on the floor as if it hadn’t been swept in months. Lots of rust on metal pieces. Non of the plugins seemed to work. The mirror in the bathroom was broken and lights didn’t work. The air conditioner did not cool and it made the loudest noise you could make keeping my wife and I up most of the night.
