Everything was wonderful

Very easy to access, nice hotel, clean rooms
I been in several of your hotels and always I had a great experience, till this one. The Staff was rude, looks like a getto club at night, more than a Holiday Inn, a lot of people come and go, and they dont look like guests. It was no order for reception of guests, definitely a chaotic experience, and if you call the reception while you staying for any question, they never answer. We found even wet dirty towels in the room soon as we open the closets.. Definitely a bad experience.
The bedding was very comfortable and clean. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Every staff member I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Great people working the front desk.
The building needs some upgrades. The elevators are very slow and take a while to open after you have reached your floor. There is also no air flow in the elevators and it's extremely hot in them. Breakfast buffet was not very good. Biscuits were very hard and dry. Gravy was watery and the eggs had no flavor even after adding salt and pepper.
The friendly atmosphere
After we booked our trip and drove 4 hours to get there, the front desk attendant informed us that our reservation could not be made because they didn’t have any rooms. A call , text or email would have been nice but no nothing. Had to go find another hotel and had to pay more because of this. Will never use booking.com for anything again!!!!
Friendly staff
Reserved 2 rooms, 1 bed and 2 beds, was out of 1 beds! TV didnt work so i called them they did come up and tried to fix it but couldnt get it to work and never tried to explain. Pool wouldn't open, sheets was dirty. Hot water ran out quick!
Swimming pool was out of service! The restaurant closed at 730 instead of 9. The cable didn’t work in our room. They didn’t take our card that I used to book the room. Our toilet was stopped up and no one could find a plunger. Some random person knocked on my door at 630am that wasn’t even a guest there and he had been roaming the halls all night. Parking was a nightmare! I would not recommend pay the extra money and go to the Hilton.
