bathroom was small and no space for toiletries
Easy to get to with restaurants close by, the pool was super clean and not overcrowded. The staff was super friendly.

Waited more than an hour for Shuttle bus which is confusing and no info on this. When I finally called to advise of my location I was told itd be 20 minutes. It was more than an hour. If i was told an honest time I would've got a taxi (or better yet cancelled my booking).
One farifield shuttle bus passed me without stopping. I eas informed that this was because there was rain at the airport which caused a backlog. Its pretty clear that this would happen quite often so they need more regular shuttles or a bigger van (this one was tiny).
All the other hotels shuttles came and went. Nobody waited more than 10 minutes.
They should send info when you book rather than having to call as the only way people will have the misfortune of staying is if they are near the airport. The signal is also bad because youre in a concrete underground section so the hotel couldnt hear my location.
Rooms are outdated and bed feels like springs. Cannot believe marriott puts its name to this.
There were cockroaches in the room too.
Breakfast also isnt worth it. A few cereals and scrambled egg.
Fast shuttle service to and from the hotel. Lots of good restaurants around the location.

Clean. Comfortable bed
Our smoke alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. Called the front desk and she blames a hot shower. My daughter didn’t even shower hot water. It was warm. She didn’t seem concern or caring that it was going off in the middle of the night and even not trying to help us. Inform me that she can get someone to come look at it but it will take a while for someone to come to our room in the middle of the night. The ac I. The room seems to not get cold. So glad it was only one night stay. Will not stay here again when we’re in town!
