We selected the rose hotel for the pool for my family to enjoyed, unfortunately when we arrived that's when we were informed that we have to pay a daily fee per person's to use the pool including the children that was not disclose prior. The look like we traveled through time.Not family friendly.

広々とした快適な感じの良いお部屋、いつも大満足です。
とても快適に過ごせました。屋上プールですが、以前、宿泊した時は追加料金無しでしたが、今回は9月宿泊で1人2000円追加料金がかかったことが残念でした。
中華街へ行くには、大変便利です😊
両親とても喜んでました。
こちらのホテルには以前も泊まったことがあり、再訪でした。屋上プールは今となっては貴重な存在で、是非体験したかったので、朝利用しました。古いホテルなので、現代のハイテクなホテルとは異なりますが、私はレトロな雰囲気のホテルも好きなので問題ありませんでした。セキュリティもしっかりしていますし、スタッフも親切に対応してくれました。
ルームサービスメニューに栄養バランスのとれた一人用のメニューを増やして欲しいです。
Zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles noch top in Schuss. Schnell von Flughafen zu erreichen. Auch ist man in 50 min in Tokio. Chinatown und Bahnstation ist vor der Tür, das Baseballstadion in 7 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Doppelzimmer sind groß.

スタッフの対応が丁寧です、横浜で宿泊する際は必ず利用させてもらってます
客室は広くてとても快適でした。「別々に予約した家族と部屋を隣にしてほしい」とお願いしましたが、部屋タイプが違っていたためか、実際には難しかったのだと思います。ただ、ホテルからは「ご希望に添えるように対応します」とのお返事をいただいていたので、もし難しい場合はその旨を最初にお伝えいただけたら、より安心できたかなと感じました。
中華街の入り口にあり立地が最高
子供に対しても対応がよかったです。
中華街の中にあるので、とても観光に向いているし、交通の便も良かったです。部屋も綺麗で、備品のコーヒが美味しかった。
モーニングはさすが老舗だけあって、とても美味しかったです。全種類食べられなかったのが残念でした。
清潔なお部屋で、夜間も静かでゆっくり休めました。
