Great location
Pros:

Location was very good

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit dated and the shower was tricky to operate , especially the hot water. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper.

Pros:

Great apartment for our family, in good location only 1/2 hour by grab from airport and walking distance to nice gardens and cafes in the Ayala triangle

The hotel breakfast was very poor but luckily there is a Starbucks next door

Quick check in and check out.
The breakfast meals with George & Onnies were very good.

Cons:

There were 2 TVs but only one remote control.
We booked for 3 but the toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, towels) were only for 2. Still had to request an additional one and took a while before it arrived.
