Cons:

The AC in the bedroom was defective -- turns off automatically every hour, even if it wasn't set to do so. Called front desk twice, they did try to rectify it, but nothing changed. Had to wake up every hour just to turn it on, as we were sweating like pigs (considering the heat these days!). Please ensure that your facilities are working well before checking in clients. Living area AC was fine.

Pros:

Our stay was very well taken care of from the concierge to the housekeeping and to the guards. The staffs accommodated all our requests in any time of the day. Location is very ideal and safe as it is in the center of Makati. Room is well-maintained. My boyfriend and I had a special experience.

Pros:

Arquitectura muy bonita, habitación amplia, cómoda y limpia. Piscina muy agradable. Entorno cuidado y precioso, aunque las vistas al mar están parcialmente cubiertas por el manglar y la playa no es accesible al baño por las rocas. Es una playa para disfrutar visualmente no para bañarse.

Good stay, could be better though
Pros:

Got a complimentary upgrade to a 1 bed apartment. Very comfy bed and quality bedsheets/towels were Good sized safe in room.
24Chicken take out is around 100m away .

Cons:

Shower was weak. Had an annoying fish tank screensaver on both TV’s, which was hard to turn off. Reception staff constantly giggling amongst themselves, which comes across as very unprofessional
