Rooms were clean and air-conditioner worked
The gym was all old and broken with the trash over flowing and the water cooler empty. The food area had an empty fridge with no yogart. The ice maker on our floor was broken.
Very comfortable beds; breakfast was disappointing. The eggs were close to inedible; at least there should be hard boiled eggs as an alternative. The coffee was good and we enjoyed making waffles.
The hallways and elevators were not vacuumed at all in the 5 days we were there and they showed it.
The person did not explain the Airbnb very well. The Airbnb he provided was basically his own house with multiple rooms rented to different guests, and the bathrooms were shared.
The bathroom was extremely moldy and very dirty. There were also no utensils provided in the kitchen. Even when we wanted to do laundry, the owner kept checking on us to make sure we did not use more detergent than the maximum line on the washing machine.
At night, I could hear people in the neighboring room having sex. Because there was no private space where I could comfortably stay, I had to go out and stay away until late at night.
There were also problems when we wanted to use the bathroom. If someone else was showering, the owner would ask us to go downstairs and use his personal bathroom. However, his personal bathroom was also full of stuff and extremely dirty.
The kitchen downstairs was shared with other guests as well. When some of the other guests cooked very spicy food, the smell was so strong that it was difficult to stay in the kitchen.
On the second day, we ran out of toilet paper. We informed the owner and requested a replacement, but no new toilet paper was provided.
Overall, the Airbnb was very uncomfortable and much different from what we expected based on the description. The cleanliness, privacy, and basic amenities were not acceptable.

The room was large and the bed comfortable. The WiFi was very good, too.
