Our stay was frustrating, gross, and upsetting.
Pros:

Our room was not clean. We didn't notice until we unpacked. We asked for the room to be cleaned and vacuumed. I showed them a photo of a gross splatter on one of the walls. It was wiped off. But the floor wasn't vacuumed. The bathtub was dirty. My bedding had a crusty stain on it. I asked for both beds to be completely changed. They only did one. The wrong one. The hallways were dirty. The public hallways were not vacuumed the entire time we were there, which was 5 days. Instead of giving us they the significant discounted they said they would, they charged a different credit card a vastly discounted rate. Unfortunately, the room had already been paid for. No one could figure who charged our card at 3:38AM. They did remove that charge. Sadly, I'm the end, they only took one night off our bill instead of two nights. We have NEVER stayed in such a dirty hotel! Although we had many cleanliness issues with our room, the head of housekeeping said she was never informed. We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling. I reported it. The head of maintenance was never informed. It was ridiculous. Not sure where the manager is, but she was never available to speak to us. WE WILL NEVER STAY IN ANOTHER BLU HOTEL AGAIN. It was gross and aggravating. And WAY overpriced.

Cons:

Clean the damn hotel. Enough said!

Pros:

The location is great. Staff members Calyiana and Raul were very helpful.

Cons:

There was an odor emanating from our assigned room and a new room had to be assigned. That room was a little better but had some housekeeping issues which were reported to staff at the front desk.

Great value, wonderful pools and breakfast
Pros:

It’s a fun place to go with the family - the indoor/outdoor pool area and the breakfast are too notch. Its like staying in a resort ( a bit run down but we didnt care ) for the price of a motel

We enjoyed our stay! The desk clerk gave us good dinner suggestions! Room was clean & comfy!
Pros:

Breakfast was good! I had the French Toast and sausage. There was water bottles and a snack in our room when we got there. It was a nice surprise!

Cons:

The back entrance of the building could use some trimming up around the sidewalk.

2nd floor room was dated and worn. Location and breakfast are good.

Cons:

The room was dated and needed maintenance. Damaged lamp shade, stains and burn marks on the armchair, shower grout badly repaired and stained. Hallway very dingy and carpet looks very dirty.
