Pros:

Have stayed here several times. It’s not a four star luxury hotel. It’s a basic hotel that is clean, the staff is friendly, and it has all the basic amenities. One thing to keep in mind is the beds are full size not queen. Will be staying again in a few months.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! The room itself was nice...sure, the property could use a little TLC here and there, but overall it was great. You’d really have to nitpick to find much to complain about. The location was perfect, close to everything, and the breakfast was delicious.

The only thing I noticed is that it seems like anyone could enter through the side entrances. There are cameras around, and I didn’t notice any issues, but coming from NYC, that stood out to me a bit. Otherwise, the place had all the accommodations you’d need, and the welcome gift bag was such a thoughtful touch! I would definitely stay here again.

Room very clean and comfortable, very good breakfast buffet in the former hotel restaurant, overall this 1971 hotel is clean, but it needs some serious updating and cosmetic maintenance.

Pros:

Clean, safe, convenient, fair price. Not the newest property and some of the machines in the fitness center weren’t working, but the staff was excellent & we enjoyed our stay. Good breakfast!

The location was good for getting to downtown and to the surrounding state parks and attractions. Staff were very nice. Looks like it must of been a high end resort at one time. The halls were run down but the room we stayed in was renovated and clean. The breakfast was good and that room looked well kept. What was interesting is that none of the outside doors had locks. The first time there was a lock was when we got to our room. I would stay there again. I hope it has a chance to come back.

Breakfast was better than I tbought we we ete getting, especially with fresh fruit. Only issue in area was had to drive to find a place for dinner but Crossroads was really good.
