Cons:

Outdated, there is a smell of marijuana at the end of the building which I asked to be relocated to higher up.

For a short notice booking on a holiday, they did the best they could in getting us a room.
Pros:

It is conveniently located for our visit to be with my child at the university. And our representative at the breakfast hall was very kind and friendly.

Cons:

It was a ground floor room and I liked our previous visits on the upper floor.
