Be aware of over kill use of bleach in their linens sheets and such that provokes headaches and makes it impossible to sleep !
And very harmful for anyone’s health !!!
The staff and parking
Air conditioning malfunctioning either very hot or very cold.
I liked the view this time out of our room
I felt the room was very small for the upgraded room that I had to afforded. I come every year for a conference. The text message system asking how what i wanted prior to my stay did nothing. I was not happy with cost of rm vs what we stayed in. Food at the bar was not good.
Breakfast was great. Its cost was too high for what you got. Two people should not spend almost sixty dollars to eat buffet style food.
My room was never cleaned in the three nights in which I stayed. My garbage cans were overflowing and I ran out of toilet paper. I had to reach out to the front desk for the garbage and the paper. No help in carrying excessive luggage. I am 61 and my mom is 84. It felt like a self serve hotel dressed up in fine linens. The mattresses were too soft. I struggled to sleep well and my back hurt after the second night.
The parking is not included
Location
Parking info not included on booking site was confused. Rates for parking not clearly displayed in lobby. I was told I could pay one rate and be able to leave in and out but was still charged
No coffee maker in room
Very good location and very nice staff
The room I got was the first floor and very noisy from street and babies crying all night in the next room
