Our stay would better.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Specially, Irsh who made feel warming and welcoming.

Cons:

Air conditioning wasn’t working. That night was so sweaty and uncomfortable.

Overpriced, mediocre.
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Older building with just lipstick applied to it. Renovated bathroom with semi-open shower stall would flood the bathroom floor after even a few minutes of use. Couldn't open window for fresh air and could not shut off the conditioned air.
First time have I had to request room service 24 hours in advance to get my towels and sheets changed.

I've had better hotels in the Third World.

Definitely poor value for the rates being asked.

cuando quise hacer el check in , no econtraban mi reserva. 20 minutos de demora
Al hacer el check out me quisieron cobrar "no show" , otros 15 minutos de espera. Nadie del personal, inclusive el gerente pidio disculpas. Cero empatia, uin desastre
