Nice hotel in a great location near the mall
Pros:

Very good location and very nice staff

Cons:

The room I got was the first floor and very noisy from street and babies crying all night in the next room

Would have been fine if it wasn’t so thirsty
Pros:

Rooms were fine. Bed was comfortable. Location quite good

Cons:

It’s a real nickel and diming experience. $15 dollars a day “destination fee”. A stupid attempt to upsell you to premium WiFi because they promise the free WiFi can’t be used for streaming but is in fact really fast.

Location was perfect. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Cons:

I paid for a late check. Left the room and came back and the room key didn't work. Had to go to guest services to re-program

Excelente locación
Todo siempre limpio
Muy amables todos los trabajadores del hotel

Cons:

Sería un gran plus que en la reserva se incluyera el desayuno. Ha pocas opciones fuera del hotel para hacerlo y pagarlo en el mismo hotel resulta un poco más costoso de lo normalmente presupuestado para desayunar.
