Family visit to Nagoya for sightseeing
Pros:

Great hotel for Western visitors to Nagoya. The hotel is very close to Nagoya Station. There are many nearby restaurants and the Noritake Garden shopping and entertainment area isn't too far away. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and both times we have stayed there, someone at the check-in desk spoke English.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the rooms is a little different than many Western-style hotels, so please check the controls carefully to ensure it operates properly in the summer. The rooms are also on the smaller side compared to many Western-style hotels. They're nicely-sized by Japanese hotel standards, though!
