The workout room was bad. None of the treadmills worked were torn and taking about space. The weights were dirty and didn’t seem like they were ever wipes down. There were fresh towels in the workout room but the space itself was taken up by unusable machines. It’s a waste of space. It was cool there was an indoor basketball court and what looked like there was a racketball court but there was found machinery sound blowing in the court from a neighboring machine room. There was water leaking into the indoor are of the pool dripping on an indoor carpeted ramp when it was raining. It was kinda rundown.

The property is very outdated. Side doors don’t require keys to get in building. Scared to walk in the side doors scared someone can be waiting to rob you. The confusion of getting to the upper levels from the stairs. Very old

The place was old and out dated . My room was not clean very dirty dusty no vent in the bathroom curtains had holes and the back door (5) was not card accessed after 11p like the sign said .. felt unsafe.

Upon arrival, after 3pm which is check in time. We checked in and went up to our room, which was just being cleaned by housekeeping, we went back down to the front desk and they gave us a different room
