5 million kids running around like idiots, couldn't even go to pool. Location was horrible, felt like I was in hood. And hotel needs updated bad ,it look like the 70's including the room

Amazing day great location with a lot of amenities and a great value

All of the amenities that were on site to take advantage of

The pool was a little cold and the hot tub was out the same temperature as the pool maybe a little bit warmer

Outdated and not a good value.
Pros:

Very worn old hotel in need of repair. A lot of frustrating issues at a very expensive (more than two hundred per night!) Holiday Inn. Most of the ice machines are broken, the wifi is super slow, and the keys deactivate if they are even brought near an AirPods case within seconds. I had to get new keys twice, and the desk clerk admitted that they have very "outdated" card reads at the hotel that are in need of replacement. The whole hotel needs upgrading.
