service is always great and i stay there almost everytime i'm in Knoxville.

Pros:

The location was perfect, right outside of downtown, it wasn’t loud! The staff was super nice.

The bathroom was a little small but perfect for one night.

The place was old and out dated . My room was not clean very dirty dusty no vent in the bathroom curtains had holes and the back door (5) was not card accessed after 11p like the sign said .. felt unsafe.

Overall good stay, facility was nice and staff were pleasant to work with. One little hiccup but it was taken care of

Upon arrival, after 3pm which is check in time. We checked in and went up to our room, which was just being cleaned by housekeeping, we went back down to the front desk and they gave us a different room

Super friendly staff

Cons:

Showers went from scalding hot to freezing cold. We tried and tried and could not get a nice warm shower. The tub was dangerously slippery. Even with a handicap tub, we stll slipped around. Hairs were found in our bed....made you really question the cleanliness. Needs new pillows.
