Pros:

The Staff was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. Great location. Close to many conveniences. Our room was not very clean. Fingerprints from previous guests were on all the doors. Shelves were dusty. Chair had stains. We will not be returning, despite the great staff.

Disappointing accommodations
Pros:

Room substandard. Breakfast buffet not up to standard for purchased meal. Unexpected poor quality compared to prior stays with Holiday Inn suites. Marry has this facility beat all around.

Cons:

5 million kids running around like idiots, couldn't even go to pool. Location was horrible, felt like I was in hood. And hotel needs updated bad ,it look like the 70's including the room
