Pros:

Location was great for the Soccer tournament, I liked all the options for the kids to do

Cons:

Breakfast was posted to start at 6am so we scheduled the team to come down before we left for game but was told breakfast wouldn’t be ready until 7am, the coin machine and the front desk had no change for washing machines when they are hosting numerous soccer families for a tournament, when checked in to room there was still trash and shower was still dirty with hair on the wall

Stay here if you want to change rooms multiple times at 9:30 at night with a toddler and a six-year-old.
Pros:

It was close to my meeting the next morning

Cons:

We had to change rooms four times until there was one that would fit my family of four, had a working TV and didn’t reek of mold.

It was clean and the beds were comfy. It had an indoor basketball court - pretty cool!

It was very upsetting to walk into an occupied room late at night.
Pros:

It was close to UTK.

Cons:

They were very unorganized. We checked after 10pm. We were given a room and a key to an occupied room. We opened the door to a room that already had people in it.

Two age 10-12 foot ball teams in the 3rd and 5th floor ran havoc and the two front desk employees couldn’t handle the situation. Apparently no manager on site

Great hotel and it was clean with friendly staff ! Loved the restaurant onsite!
Pros:

we loved the restaurant inside and they had a karaoke night which my daughter loved. Also had a pool table and darts and the food was good! Good location and will be back next week to stay again and the staff was so friendly! Very nice pool that can be used inside and outside.
