The hotel was bright and clean, comfortable stay

The location was perfect for our trip. The room was spacious and nicely equipped.

Very comfortable and cozy room. Perfect for us parents and kids. Super clean !

Cons:

I called around 10 pm reception area since there was no one in reception to see if they have room service. Which took forever someone to answer the phone also someone that answered was rude, also i asked how would i pay for any items they have in the convenience store next to reception area. Once again they answered rude seemed like they did not want to answer any questions, it’s okay i understand people have bad days. Yet they have to understand people get anxiety talking to other people over the phone & make it into a uncomfortable experience. Not trying to get anyone in trouble maybe just have a little better customer service.

Clean rooms but AC is finicky.
Pros:

Great location, clean room lots of amenities

Cons:

The AC did not work in our first room. It was very cool in the second room when we arrived so I turned the temperature up, I turned it back down to sleep but it did not cool the room during the night. It stayed about 73 to 74 degrees. Staff said the AC units would freeze up. The over the bed ceiling fan made sleeping ok.

This was conveniently located for a business meeting with dining/breakfast options close by, easily accessible to highway with clean rooms, good service at a reasonable cost. If in the area, I would easily stay here again.

The hotel is only 6 years old, but looks like it could have opened last month…very clean and kept up. My only issues were that they didn’t offer a shuttle to get to several dining and shopping areas in very close proximity, there wasn’t an ATM on the property, which most hotels have and the breakfast options and coffee were subpar for a hotel of this caliber. I would probably stay here again, but I would bring my own coffee rent a car.
