Friendly staff , and we enjoyed our stay with our fur baby!
Pros:

Clean rooms , friendly staff , quiet and pet friendly

Cons:

Pool was not heated . And same breakfast options each day , wish there was different options like waffles , different types of eggs each day and different sides but instead it was the same exact thing each day .

I was harassed and lied to by multiple staff members forcing me from my room early and lying about checkout times. Worst experience ever. Never recommend this place to anybody.

Loved the place, breakfast great, staff great. I already booked to come again.

This is our go to when we visit family in Jackson
Pros:

Property was great. Good gym, great complimentary breakfast. Kelsey at front desk and Wendy serving breakfast were wonderful.

The property was perfect for our needs.
Pros:

We loved the suites with a separate bedroom. That was perfect for the kids. We LOVED the night attendant at check-in on Thanksgiving night. She was beyond helpful!

Cons:

We would've liked to have been closer together. It would have been very helpful with small children. There was no hot tub which was a disappointment but not a deal breaker.

Pros:

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and my favorite part was the comfortable beds and pillows. Nice front desk staff. However, when taking a shower, I noticed hair (not ours) and a used bar of soap. I notified the front desk and asked for someone to re-clean it. When we came back from being out, it was still there.
