Refrigerator froze my drinks overnight

Andy made my entire stay exceptional! From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect, always anticipating my needs and accommodating them with ease.
His customer service was truly top-notch—professional, attentive, and kind. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to making guests feel comfortable and valued. Because of Andy, I will absolutely be returning to this location in the future.

Checking in at the Holiday Inn in Binghamton was really smooth and easy. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. They helped us quickly and answered any questions we had without making us feel rushed. The process was simple and stress-free, and we were able to get to our room right away. It definitely set a positive tone for the rest of our stay.
