Pros:

Service staff (Sahadat) was particularly exceptional. We had an issue with our room and he was helpful, professional, and meticulous. The location of this Holiday Inn branch was also superb. Very near to Downtown and top locations like lost dog cafe. Riverfront view is hard to beat.

Great EV overnight stay on east coast trip, nice staff slightly overpriced interesting historical river walk nearby.
Pros:

Staff went out of their way for me. I left my brand new computer in the room. They saved it for me, made a point of keeping it safe and ultimately shipped it to my home in Georgia. Great EV charging in front parking area. Nice walking path along the river.

Cons:

Area a little sketchy. I was concerned about parking lot security. Rooms slightly dated. Overpriced for older hotel in non tourist area.

It was fine for 1 night
Pros:

I didn’t know it came with breakfast, noone told us. The location was fine. The room was clean.

Cons:

The room size was cramped, it was hard to find a parking spot, guests were noisy after 9 pm
