Until this debacle is taken care of and my refund made we won’t be using booking again from my group

Didn’t get the rooms advertised, got two identical rooms that did not match the profile. Each room should have been discounted but I was told the don’t handle any of it is controlled by you. I sent an email and never heard back! I paid up front, got two rooms that did not match the rooms offered and paid two different pricing. This needs to be corrected immediately. A/C stopped working on the hottest weekend this year got moved to a different room that had where the air did won and was told it was the handicap room required for my husband, we tried to use the tub shower but when you are paralyzed it’s difficult to step on e the tub
