Until this debacle is taken care of and my refund made we won’t be using booking again from my group

Didn’t get the rooms advertised, got two identical rooms that did not match the profile. Each room should have been discounted but I was told the don’t handle any of it is controlled by you. I sent an email and never heard back! I paid up front, got two rooms that did not match the rooms offered and paid two different pricing. This needs to be corrected immediately. A/C stopped working on the hottest weekend this year got moved to a different room that had where the air did won and was told it was the handicap room required for my husband, we tried to use the tub shower but when you are paralyzed it’s difficult to step on e the tub

Staff was nice and the parking.

Cons:

The fact we had cockroaches in our room. It was late at night and we had to get up super early so we killed the ones we saw and just tried our best to sleep.

Dangerous, safety violation
Pros:

The hotel is pleasant for an inexpensive old property. The Electricity went out last night, which is not their fault. But what is their fault is the fact that there was not a single emergency light on in any hallway. None of the exits were lit. There was no light in the lobby. When I asked an employee about it, she looked startled And then she looked up and said “oh yeah, those lights are there they don’t work. “ None of the exit signs were lit. In an emergency such as a fire this place would be a death trap. It was bad enough that the room was cold and I couldn’t make any coffee. But walking down the hall where I could not see anything was dangerous. If they are doing something this egregious what other safety issues are there in this place?

Floor in room was sticky, stains on comforter. No apologies. Moved us to another room. Key didn't work. Again no apologies just gave us new key "try this". Lobby dirty and not very welcoming. Poor customer service. Electrical cords held up with painters tape. Ac unit on roof outside our window covered with grafiti and hanging parts. Tiny bathroom. Would not stay here again
