The Restaurant is great. Good food very convenient. The rooms are clean and very comfortable.
Called Johnstown to reserve room. no problem got room number and dates and confirmation. my office assistant goes to hotel to pay in advance. they can't find it reservation saying number printed from Holiday inn Johnstown and deny ever talking to person. had to make new reservation. the guy behind counter hair full of oil very rude and snotty. after a week when was going to stay called and tried to cancel because of business trip changes. told couldn't cancel over the phone but there was no record of my reservation. drove 3 hours out of my way to cancel in person. meet the guy with massive oil in hair. explained everything to him. really bad treatment by him. I was there the day before stay. he said I had to pay over $200 because I was a no show ( 12 hours before checking in ) I gat upset at this point and he became a completely rude. repeating you are a no show and must pay. he called the manager stating I refused to pay my bill. explained everything to her and see said that's BS and I have to pay. the reservation was made on a different card. I was forced to pay and told them not to put any charges on the first card. the next day that card was charged for 3 days ( my stay was for 2 days ) called and when this guy remembered me and put me on hold for 15 minutes when he came back, he said sorry for the mistake card was credited back and he hung up. I have stay here lots of times over the past 5 years but will never stay there again and will be sure to share this matter with everyone I do business with across the state. This has happened twice, the first time my card got hacked and hundreds of dollars were wrongfully charged to me I had to cancel my card.
Room was fine but my key card failed to work twice. Had to go to desk to get new one.

Property itself was fairly good, although there was some kind of construction so half of the parking lot was unavailable. Over all the rooms are clean except some of the carpeting was stained
Loved the pool, only change would be to add another table with chairs so you can sit in shade while kids are swimming, room was clean and comfortable
I thought there should have been complimentary coffee in the lobby for those that got up early and did not want to disturb their companion
Expedia needs to update room data. We booked two beds. Room was one bed. They changed it for us at the hotel.
freindly staff, clean,restuarant served tasty food good service, lady who cleaned the room was very nice and did a good job.
Check in was quick and easy with a reservation. Staff was short and they were still pleasant and professional. Room cleaners were short by 3 people that day and it was still a pleasant experience. The girl on our floor busted but and was still very polite, pleasant and actually sweet. I would not hesitate to stay there again and would recommend it to anybody in that area!!
Do not come here if you have animals with you! Nasty! Nasty Front Desk!
I was refused with my husband and our cats (my service animals) because it wasn’t a dog. Front desk asked me for documentation I told her I can have my therapist email her- she refused and turned us away. I drove all the way from Queens al- 4 hours to get here. They ruined our schedule. We scrambled for a place to stay and NOW WOULD NOT REFUND ME FULL FOR A ROOM I WAS REFUSED TO USE.

Not pet friendly!! Called to make a reservation and told them four times we have a dog. Drove several miles from I-90 to hotel. Went to check in and was told “no pets”.
