The pool area looked nice and the arcade. Probably newly renovated. The rest would have needed the update much more.
Almost everything. At arrival we thought at first its looking kind of ok, but the rooms…no words for that. Dirty, old, very worn down, my husband even had old pee stains at his bed under the sheets. I couldn’t shower in the bathroom because it was just horrible. So we can definitely not recommend it.
The room was comfortable, nice and clean. The gentleman at the lobby desk was super friendly and helpful.
The ice machine was too far away from our room. There should have been one on our floor. We asked all week to get closet doors put back on, but was never done and was not even offered a discount on the room for that inconvenience. Everytime we opened the door to the room, it would hit those doors and keep us from being able to open the door wide when we needed to.

For the price I expected a TV with more than 6 channels, a toilet that flushed properly and a confusing layout
Location
The heater in the room was broken so no heat. I told the management and they had a repair guy come in who said yes it wasn’t working and couldn’t get it to work and when we asked if we could move to another room they said they didn’t have another room and brought us some blankets. It was below freezing.
Breakfast was a cold continental and there was no juice or water.
The restaurant didn’t appear open for dinner the night before so we had to order food to the hotel. We also had a room for 4 but not enough pillows and towels for 4 people.

Excellent staff. Very clean.
Building is old and shows it, needs renovation. Breakfast buffet was all cold food, nothing hot. All of the pastries and cereals tasted old or stale. Mattress was old and sagged in the middle.
The front desk staff are terrible, general manager is nice but WOW.

The facility is clean and accessible. Nearby is the historic Four Corners. Plenty of free parking.
A little confusion caused by the name on building Venue is not the Kingston Inn. There is a sign on main road.

The continental breakfast was bad. Out of most items. We were there about 7:30am and it is open until 10. No cereal bowls and practically no cereal. Juice machine out of order. No yogurt or boiled eggs for a tad of protein. No fresh fruit either. Coffee was marginal. Hostess was not welcoming..Just blah.
The breakfast in my opinion could be improved. We thought it was a bonus that we could eat before leaving and be good until afternoon. Needless to say, we were disappointed.
It was a decent price for the area and we did appreciate that. The room was fine.
