We didn't stay...found other accommodations.....The pool was closed. Apparently it's been closed for awhile... We came for a weekend getaway with the kid for 3 nights/2rooms... A pool was a must have amenity. The outside door next to our room didn't lock...anyone could have come right in. Apparently they are changing their keyboard system... The area seemed to have an abundance of transients hanging out near the property. Our family did not feel secure when we looked at our rooms. Desk clerk stated they were losing a lot of business due to the pool being closed.
Weekend get away with my family and our dog. Love how i could walk around the hotel activitie spots with her. Meaning the game room by the pool and she was allowed at the bar. I would 100% recommend if you have a well behaved dog like mine.
That the pool was closed. I think for maintenance but it would of been nice to enjoy the pool for alittle .

It was dark, dingy, and dirty. Our room reeked of chlorine. There was hair in the bed. Not our hair. Trash on the bathroom floor. It was disgusting. We left in two hours. Didn’t speak to anyone because the front desk was already so rude when we checked in. Would never stay again. Waiting for our refund still.
used to be good but now theres rats and everything is out of service. there was a blizzard and we were snowed in and they let my disabled mother shovel herself out, by the time someone got there to help they asked her for money to buy himself lunch. literally horrible do not go here.
I moved into the Hotel to be closer to work during the storm with my dog It was very comfortable

heat did not blow warm or hot air. Still having trouble reactivating an decades old BW account that has not been active in decades so life now lost three stays since 11/24
We loved the pool and arcade.
The refrigerator wasnt cold. And we didn't get the breakfast that I paid for after spending and additional $100+. I only received a refund of $56.

that the pool was in construction amd it wasnt on their site thats why i picked this hotel bc my son loves imside pools but this really disappoint him and me
Horrible experience. Dirty, old, crusty. Still waiting for them to reverse a fraudulent charge they knowingly charged me for an extra room night. Spoke to the Assistant General manager who admitted the theft and said they would reverse the charge, never happened. This motel is trash, stay far away.
i did not even stay at this property i cancelled the reservation and booked somewhere else and the property still had the audactity to charge me 150$
it was a scam
