Pros:

So many little extras that we were not aware of. Like a walking stick, binoculars, Starbucks coffee, smokes kits, a movie in the pool, fantastic breakfast spread....great job

Cons:

The elevators were done and we were on the 4th floor.

S’mores kit offered. Great lobby TV room experience. Great location for visiting RMNP. Good value for newness and quality of amenities. Staff very nice.

Horrible experience due to Booking .com falsely advertising property. $500 wasted. Call me!!!!

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Facility is antiquated, run down and filthy. Odor of chlorine from the pool was overpowering. At best, a 4 on a 1-10 scale. When I tried to contact Bookig.com, I was never able to speak to a person, only an AI robot. VERY DISSATISFIED with Booking.com!!!!!!! CALL ME!!!!

השרות בקבלה היה מעולה!
החדר היה טוב מאוד, נקי ושקט.
חניה נוחה ובשפע.

Cons:

התלונות העיקריות שלנו מתייחסות לארוחת הבוקר. בהזמנה לא ידענו שהארוחה כרוכה בתשלום נוסף ודי גבוה. המזון שהוגש היה ברמה של מוטלים סטנדרטיים למעט הגשה בצלחות וסכום אמתיים ולא חד פעמיים. השרות בחדר האוכל היה גרוע ואיטי מאוד ובחוצפתם המלצרים הגישו בקשה לתשר (טיפ)... איכות המזון אינה מצדיקה את המחיר שנדרש. ובכלל מחיר השהייה במלון היה גבוה ללא שום תמורה הוגנת.

Disappointing overall stay for a high price.
Pros:

The location is excellent. The restaurant staff were friendly and provided good service

Cons:

The building looked and felt old and in need of updating. Very cold look. The room took forever to cool down. The bed was very uncomfortable to start. A lot of bugs at the entries including bees hanging around our car. For the price we paid I would expect breakfast to have at least been partially if not fully paid for.

It was a beautiful stay the breakfast was amazing

It was located close to our half marathon race!

Cons:

The two young staff members at the desk kept telling us that the rooms would not be available until four at check in time. As soon as the both left at 3:01pm went back to the desk . The nice gentleman said oh we have Available rooms now. Wow what a coincidence that as soon as the two staff members left five people checked in..

The location made access to Rocky Mountain National Park easy. The free breakfast was available early, which provided the opportunity to get into the park before crowds arrived.
